Our home is a duplex, it is 2 complete houses under one roof. We live in one end, the other ( the rental) has 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath/shower, living/dining room, kitchen, laundry room, closets. Plain and simple but cozy and relaxing. Kitchen with all accessories. Bed linens,bath towels, soap etc are furnished. Front porch: swing and a glider/rocker with west view. Pavilion in yard with picnic table, rocking chairs, small grill, and a fire ring. A country spot that is peaceful, birds singing.

Countryside cabin on quiet cul-de-sac

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The cabin was built in 2020 and features a ramp and steps to a screened-in porch complete with glider rockers/table, a kitchen/dining/living room area with two recliners, one being a lift chair, TV/WiFi, laundry area, bathroom with handicapped accessible shower, and a bedroom with a queen size bed. Concrete open parking pad for 2 vehicles. Quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. Perfect for mature guests with lots of amenities provided!

StarkVegasBarndo - MSU - 2 Bdrms - NO CLEANING FEE

Our farm guesthouse is perfectly located for games and campus visits. Situated on 20 quiet acres just off of campus. Two bedroom guesthouse inside our beautiful red barn with a kitchenette (refrigerator, coffee maker, sink, and microwave), living room, and bathroom. The guesthouse is 700 sq ft of completely central air-conditioned private space. Front entrance has a covered porch and private entrance. This barn is detached from our farm house sitting about 150ft away. No pets allowed.

Barefoot Cabin

Enjoy privacy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Barefoot Cabin shares 4 acres with The Sawmill Cabin, and is only a couple of miles from the city limits of Louisville. It is centrally located between Philadelphia and Starkville. So with only a 30-45 minute drive you can enjoy the Neshoba County Fair, casino and water park in Philadelphia, or be at a MSU game in Starkville. It is less than 10 minutes from Lake Tiak-O’ Khata, and only 7 miles from Walmart and Main Street.

Quiet Country Chalet

You are in for a treat with the best Airbnb experience. You will get to sleep on Purple mattresses in our queen rooms and Lulls in or twins. This is a two story home with 1 queen on the main floor and 1 queen and 2 twins upstairs. If you want to bring more than 6 guests, please let me know Ms we can put out a couple air mattresses. There is a grass airstrip right outside the house! Small planes occasionally fly in and out.

The Old Farmhouse (family friendly, easy access)

The Old Farmhouse on the Little Lapp Farm is a family-friendly house with spacious kitchen/dining and living room areas! It's not a 5-star resort by any means, but an old, nostalgic farmhouse with enough renovations to make it a comfy place to stay. We love hosting families at the Farmhouse. There are 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full) and 2 full bathrooms. There's also a crib available in the master bedroom.

Studio Just Off Cotton

Located right next to the Cotton District you have walking access to many restaurants, shops, and campus! Take advantage of this studios central location for MSU games and events. Go Dawgs! Larger work trucks may be too big for our parking area from past experience. parking spaces are designed for standard size vehicles.

Hwy 45 Cabin

Come and find a night’s rest in our small cabin just off of Hwy 45 near Brooksville, Ms. It is located 24 miles from Columbus and 27 miles from Starkville Ms. The Ole Country Bakery and Magnolia Market is nearby. The cabin is a motel style room with a queen size bed and separate bathroom with a shower.

Located just five miles off Hwy 45, it’s well worth the drive to come rest your body and your soul at our cozy, secluded cabin. Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the front porch looking out across the peaceful pasture and your evenings around the fire pit in the backyard surrounded by trees.
