Villa holiday rentals in Brooksville

The 2 bedroom home was perfect for myself and my daughter visiting my mom who lives in The Villages. Perfect location, was surprised by the welcoming basket and the goodie tray in bedrooms. Such a Great Treat. The golf cart worked perfect its for 2 people. House was very well organized and spacious and clean. Would for sure plan to stay again at this home. Thank You

This was our first stay at an Airbnb. Michael's place more than met our expectations. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the house was very clean and well maintained. We arrived a couple of days before Hurricane Milton and ended up leaving early, not knowing what to expect during the hurricane. We were not able to get out due to all of the rain and activities that were closed or cancelled. We are planning on moving to the Villages in 2025 and would stay here again if available.

Skylor’s Sky Paradise is the perfect place to stay in the Villages! He’s truly thought of it all in terms of amenities and transportation. Having the golf cart and bikes made it convenient to meet up with family. Skylor was super communicative and provided clear instructions on every aspect of the experience. His home was spotless, cool, and spacious. 10/10 would stay again!

It was a pleasure to stay at this property while visiting family in the Villages. It’s in a great location, close to Magnolia and Brownwood, Middleton and soon to be close to Eastport. The pool is close and relaxing. Appreciated coffee and the paper on the Linai, and relaxing on the king size bed.

Staying at Steve's was a definite 5 star experience. Steve was very attentive, and super available if we had any questions. He also was great at recommending various activities. The house was spotless, well appointed, uncluttered and had everything we need. It was our first time staying at the Villages, and we would definitely stay again at Steve's place. A very enjoyable experience, don't think twice on this one.

This is a highly recommended place to stay. The location to Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter is excellent. This house was nicely decorated, updated and very clean. Newer lithium electric golf cart is fantastic. I have nothing but positive things to say about Susan and our stay at Vida Rosa.

This is Mike's wife. We stayed at Scott's house for 30 nights. It is very well stocked, especially the kitchen! One of the reasons that we rented it is because it has a recliner and I have a bad hip, so all I needed to do after riding in the car 3 1/2 days from Minnesota was to sit with my leg elevated, but the recliner was broken. The pics show 4 dining room chairs but there are only 3, which didn't matter to us as it was just the two of us, also the carpets in the bedrooms are dirty, especially in the doorway of the master. Scott is a very responsive host, always answered us back!

We had a nice stay for 4 nights at Diane’s house. The house is very clean located in a quiet neighborhood. Bed in Master is very comfortable. House is well equipped with everything one needs. Would definitely stay again if we visit The Villages.

What a great find for us when we booked Lisa’s place. The villa was fully equipped with everything that we needed. It was cleaner than clean. We couldn’t have asked for more. There was an electric golf cart for our use. Which was really an added bonus when visiting the villages. Typically we would have gas to rent one or borrow one from one of our friends. BONUS FOR SURE! Thank you Lisa!!!!! During our stay the clothes dryer went out when we were there and Lisa went the extra mile to have a new dryer installed in just 4 days. The technicians explained the dryers functionality and were extremely informative and nice. We considered Lisa’s response above and beyond and would highly recommend renting from her in the future. We will be back for sure. If Airbnb had a 10+++ I would give it to her and her place. Randy and Chris Gibson

Really excellent place this. Has everything you need and probably more. Good bikes, Golf Cart, extensively equipped kitchen. Also great value for money. Will definitely return but likely yo be booked up. You need to move fast

Steven was a wonderful host. The property was as advertised and filled all of our needs. Everything was very clean. Nice location if you’re planning on visiting The Villages.

Kim has a top-notch place here that is very welcoming. The house is wonderful and this is our second time staying here and we will continue to stay here with Kim. The house may not be close to a beach but it is close enough to Daytona, Orlando, and to the Gulf Coast that there are a lot of different things you can do within an hour that are great. this place really gets you out of the hustle and bustle of the beach crowds. it is wonderfully laid back and quiet.

Beyond satisfied with our stay. We booked this house as a group, 3 couples & kids. The house was very spacious and provided more than enough room for everyone. The host was extremely polite, resourceful, and very responsive to any questions or issues we may have had. The boat ramp & docks were perfect for each 3 24’ boats we had. The only suggestion I have is better parking for trucks/boat trailers. We all had a spot but it was a tight fit. Other than that, 0 complaints and would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Loved the backarea and sunroom. Great we had Netflix and tv in both bedrooms. Very happy!

Joyce is an amazing host. She was always responsive to our questions and offered customer centric solutions to any questions we asked her. The facility was clean , peaceful , and downright cozy. Will definitely stay here again and we highly recommended it to any traveler visiting Ocala.

Great spot for a copules getaway

We enjoyed staying with family to visit my brother who lives close by. The house was comfortable and was perfect for having a nice dinner, the kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials! We are sad we had to leave early to escape getting caught by the hurricane but we would definitely visit again! Hendrick is an attentive host and was amazing at answering any questions we had about our stay!

Kelly and Rob were amazing hosts! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The sheets and towels were great quality. The hot tub was nice also! The golf course is right behind the lanai so it's not 100% private while outside We had an amazing time! I would highly recommend!

The place was exactly as described and was even better. Everything was clean. The furniture is comfortable. The lanai is peaceful and private. This is a great getaway location for one or two couples or a small family.

Amazing place to stay. So clean! Beds are beyond comfortable. Pet friendly. Responsive and helpful staff. Can’t wait to come back next horse show.

Place was clean and well equipped. The beds and linens were comfortable and top notch. Very convenient location and perfect for families or larger groups. Great communication and the hosts went the extra mile to make sure we were greeted and the champagne and fresh strawberries were a great surprise!
