Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° views of the water, private bathing ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front deck and aft deck with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living room with kitchen, dining and living room. Below deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

The apartment on Amagerbro is close to the popular Christianshavn, the free city of Christiania, the street food areas Reffen and Broens street kitchen, Amager beach, Islands pier and the nature area Amager common. There are many restaurants, bars and cafes in the area. From the subway, which is only 5 minutes' walk away, you can get directly to the center of Copenhagen in 2 stops, Amager beach in 2 stops and to the airport in 10 minutes.

Sluseholmen is close to most things. In 15 minutes by bus or metro, you will be at City Hall Square/Tivoli. By car it is only 5 min to Bella Center and only 10 min to the airport. Both ferry bus and metro are available from the apartment into the city center. Sluseholmen is a cozy little town just outside the city.

Togstationen er 150 m fra huset. Togene kører til København hver 10. minut. Togturen til indre København tager 20 min. Togturen til lufthavnen tager 40 min. Oplader til elbil 25 m fra huset. Gratis parkering ved huset. Der er udendørs trampolin fra 21 april og til og med efterårsferie.
