Amazing viewpoints of the ocean from the mountains. Proximity to many points of interest along the bohus coast. The location couldn't be more amazing! Don't forget the fishing rod!

Peaceful living in wonderful nature. On the rock next to the house, you have one of the West Coast's most spectacular views. You can see Lysekil, Smögen and the open North Sea. Unbeatable sunsets! Close to the old coastal community of Skalhamn with a natural harbor, large marina and restaurant. Grocery stores, restaurants, Havets hus, etc. are in Lysekil. 12 min by car. Choose between natural beaches, cliffs and child-friendly swimming. 5 minutes by car. Hiking trails and golf course in the vicinity. Bicycles are available to borrow.

The residence is located between two stables on a quiet street with little traffic. Countryside location with beautiful nature around. If you want to hike or bike, Sotelden is close by and Ramsvikslandets nature reserve is 9.2 km away. Nordens Ark is 15 minutes by car, as is Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. It is also close to Fjällbacka.

Small apartment of 19 sqm with proximity to both forest and sea. Close to nice walking paths, swimming and plenty of mushrooms in the fall :) The apartment has a fantastic patio where you can barbecue and enjoy the sun. About 10 km to Lysekil center. Outdoor sauna is available to use at the neighboring house. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, AC and combined micro/oven. Possibility to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Slightly cramped but it's working. Note: only 2 meters in ceiling height in the center.
