You will enjoy this 3rd floor (no elevator) renovated condo with amenities-tennis courts, walking & biking paths connecting to downtown Lewes & 2 outdoor pools in season. The condo is east of route 1, 3 miles to Lewes beach & 15+ restaurants, 3 you can walk to (2 blocks away), nail salon, a hair salon, grocery store and a CVS (4 blocks). We need pictures of everyone’s license and the person booking must be at least 25 years of age. 4 beach chairs & umbrella are in closet on outside porch.

Great stay, location is very convenient and bike-able to all of Lewes. Bedrooms are located down a short flight of stairs separating them from living space. Seems like it was recently renovated so everything feels new. Would recommend and stay again.

My wife and I were looking for a Valentine’s weekend getaway from D.C. and this place did not disappoint! The house itself is spacious, clean and has great amenities. My favorite aspect is how close it is to the Lewes-Georgetown Trail, which afforded us hours of great walks and finds along the way. It’s also a short drive from downtown and the beach. We brought our well-behaved dog and the hosts were very accommodating. Speaking of the hosts, they were all around great – everything was already thought of, and if I ever had a question, I received an answer in a minute or two. Would love to stay here again.

Space was super clean & exactly what we expected. Instructions on how to get there & how to get in were easy to follow. The host was unbelievably kind & gracious. Helped us with any issues or problems we had. Perfect space for two people. If I go back to Rehoboth beach I would want to stay there again.

Wow, what a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, we knew we picked a winner. The accuracy of the listing was spot on, the photos truly captured the home’s lovely layout. All advertised amenities were not only present but also in perfect working order. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, the spaciousness of the house, and how impeccably clean and well maintained everything was. The master bathroom, in particular, was a highlight! The location was convenient, and we loved the safe, pleasant neighborhood vibe, and having the pool and biking trail just a short walk away was a bonus! We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone. We’d definitely rent again!

We had a wonderful stay. Jessica is a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful to any question we had at any time of the day! The place is pristine and very welcoming. The location is fantastic, literally within walking distance or a short bike ride to many eateries. I would highly recommend staying here and when we come back (which we will - Lewes is a fantastic beach town), we would like to stay here again.

Elizabeth’s home was stunning, comfortable, and in an excellent location for exploring downtown Lewes and the beaches. Our entire party from 7-70 were extremely impressed with the quality of this airbnb. The giant backyard was great for the kids to run around. We didn’t want to leave. Thanks so much!
