Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Broadbeach Waters

Fantastic place, spacious, clean and great outdoor decking and pool areas. House has all needed amenities including good laundry and is very private. Access was easy and plenty of parking available. Perfect for families. Location is 3 mins from Benowa Village shopping centre which is very convenient. Support and communication from Janett was also great. We had a wonderful stay!

The property was perfection for a holiday stay!! Everything was just right, the pool and back view was amazing. It was in a great area where everything was easy to get to. The host is absolutely outstanding and helpful. 10/10 would recommend 😍

Family and pet friendly place in a convenient location. We were travelling with a toddler and a dog, and the place was well equipped for both. There are toys and books for small kids, including blocks and trucks and there was even a small pram available. I think I even spotted a travel cot in the cupboard. The only downside for us was the beach was slightly too far a walk, which meant we needed to drive to get closer but it was a happy trade off to have our dog be able to stay (there’s green grass and a deck out the back). The place was clean, modern, and very well equipped. Would happily visit again.

The house is ideal for a family group or group of friends as it is very comfortable and has a really well equipped kitchen, plenty of living space and fabulous views. Very quiet too. Nice and warm with the heaters going. Great walks in binnaburra only a short drive away.

We had a wonderful time. Julia’s house was as described and perfect for our 2 families to have both space and family time. We would absolutely book again. We were made to feel at home and enjoyed the pool and fishing out the back. Julia is a wonderful host

My family and I booked this apartment for a week and it was perfect!! It met all our needs and more. The apartment was clean and well set up and had everything we needed. Great location and close to everything!

We had a wonderful weekend away and staying at Glens unique home was a great plus. Glen was very friendly and welcoming and gave us good information on where to visit. The property was a real treat with Balinese theme running throughout, very unique and beautiful. Loved comfortable bed, cleanliness and decor of home. Great location situated beside beach with lots of attractions near by I highly recommend this property and hope to return again.

We had a great experience with Jenny and Steve. They were amazing to deal with in checking in and help us with check out. The location is great, with everything you need in walking distance. We will definitely be back next year.

Apartment and building were great with a spectacular view of the ocean/beach. The kids loved the outdoor pool and spa. Great location for a family getaway with tonnes to do, great food options and easy access to other areas of Gold Coast. Steve set us up with excellent instructions and a digital guidebook that was very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

This was my second stay in Gerald’s unit. It is very centrally located with restaurants and shopping close by and the Broadbeach Nth tram station a short walk away. Having the tram so close makes it a breeze to get around the Gold Coast to beaches, shopping or entertainment. The carpark is also easy to negotiate and the unit itself set up with everything you might need and is light and airy with balconies all round. Gerald and Beverly are very responsive as well and so I highly recommend staying at this unit.

As someone who proudly calls herself a homebody (and has a beautiful home to return to), it takes a pretty special place for me to already be planning my next trip—and this was exactly that. From the warm and easy check-in to the sparkling clean space, breathtaking views, and peaceful vibe… it was everything! I felt completely at ease the whole time. Can’t wait to come back. 💕

Loved this apartment, great views, some of the best I’ve seen looking north towards surfers. In all my trips to broadbeach I’d never been to the oricle boulevard restaurants and they are smashing! Easy walk to the beach, woolies, the cas and the convention centre. Will be back to this one next year!

Beautiful unit. Photos don’t do it justice. The view is absolutely spectacular and all the finishes were incredible! The bed was very firm (ok for husband not for me) and very squeaky when rolling over during the night. The balcony and the way it opens up provides a beautiful breeze and the fans are wonderful on those warm nights. Jason was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond. Wish we didn’t have to leave but will return. We met friends for dinner and drinks and they loved it also and will also come stay here next time!

We really loved the location of Sammi's place, super close to shops, beach front and restaurants/cafes. Plenty to do, but also a great spot to relax and watch the waves roll in. Everything was accounted for and we felt right at home as soon as we stepped through the doors. Definitely recommend this gem and will return!

Di and Nick’s place was perfect. Beautiful views and spotlessly clean. So easy to get to and from the airport by bus. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes. Easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place for a couple getaway! Great location, close to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We watched the sunrise and sunset from the balcony each day! Amazing views. Both hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Till next time!

De tuin waaraan het appartement ligt, is prachtig. Een oase in de stad. Veel vogels ! Een prima rustig gelegen appartement en uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen.

We had a lovely stay! Unit was clean and well appointed. Everything we needed! Pod coffee machine was a lovely touch. Nice quiet area and close to everything. Darinka was very responsive and communication was great. Our only issue was that someone had parked in our space one evening but Darinka helped us as much as she could. However, the after hours number to call for the resort itself were not helpful at all which was disappointing. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Darinka!
