Mit den sehr nahe gelegenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln können Sie schnell beliebte Städte wie Bozen oder Brixen erreichen, einen Ausflug auf eine der nahegelegenen Almen wie die Villanderer oder Seiser Alm sowie auch nach Gröden oder Villnöss machen. Parkplatz für Auto und Motorrad auf dem Gründstück.

We live in a large historic residence from the 1600s in the small village fraction of Scanna in the municipality of Livo. We rent 40s qm apartment ideal for 2 adults and a small child. Our guests can share our large garden with us. Small pets extra charge of 5.00 euros per night. Our dog Masha also lives in the house with us. Mandatory provincial tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night; to be paid in cash upon arrival.

The bedroom (with double bed) is cosy and spacious; however, if you should need extra sleeping, the comfortable sofa bed is ready for two more people in the living room! Our apartment is in Klerant, Trusentweg 15, a small and calm village 10 minutes by car or bus from the city Brixen and closed to our local mountain Plose. We live in a small village with many farms and lots of animals. The perfect place to relax, hike, bike, go paragliding, skiing, visit tourist attractions and museum and eat the good Italian/South Tyrolean food.
