House holiday rentals in British Virgin Islands

Jerome’s place was an incredible “cherry on top” to our weeding week, and mini “honey moon” hopping over from the USVI to the BVI. Tortola was such a cool island, and Jerome’s place encapsulates a lot of that experience. Both Jerome, and his prop. Mgr / right-hand-woman, Mary, were super-responsive and very helpful to the couple of isolated questions I did have. Perhaps most useful, and something I’ve rarely utilized at other locations I’ve rented in the past (due to already knowing about them, having other plans, etc), were Jerome’s recommendations on where to go locally, including a detailed itinerary for a boat day (this was AWESOME!)! The space has so many cool details, books, and little nuances to enjoy. Thanks so much for having us Jerome, Mary, we had a blast.

Patrick couldn’t have been any better. He met us the ferry and took us directly to his home. He helped us with a day trip snorkeling that was a blast! Overall I cannot think of one thing that could have been better! Thanks so much!!

This will be my vacation spot forever! This place was amazing, it was beautiful, it was humongous, we felt like Royalty, Tina was an amazing host, I can't say enough about Tina, the beds were comfortable everything was clean and we absolutely loved our stay! I would highly recommend the place, but I'm afraid everyone will take my new hidden secret! I will be back and I highly recommend Tina and the guavaberry group!

This villa is amazing! The views are absolutely stunning!!! Anthony is a great host and answered our questions very quickly! The only downside is the lack of AC in the main house (the two bedrooms have AC). To get good airflow you must open all the sliding glass windows, which invites all bugs that fly into the home. The bugs did not bother us, they usually die in 1-2 days when trapped inside. There are bug nets in each bedroom, so if it was a cool night you could sleep with the doors open and use the bug net. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. There are several great restaurants with in 5-15 minutes drive. Getting to Roadtown for shopping is about 30 mins away. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the island!!!

We stayed at Lin and Barney's home for a 10-day birthday trip for my Mom with a party of five, and it was everything we dreamed about! The location is beautiful. The home is high enough to enjoy the view of Brewers Bay and Jost Van Dyke but still close enough to walk to the beach (if you don't mind the hike back!). Everything that you need is provided, including hairdryers, cooking utensils, and even the ingredients to make the home's signature drink, the Sundowner! There were plenty of linens and towels, and it was fantastic that snorkel gear and other fun beach items were also available, which we didn't have to bring ourselves. One of our favorite parts of the home was the history provided in the information book. It's clear that there was a lot of love poured into this special place. Tip: If you are sensitive to noise, bring earplugs! It rained a lot during the evening hours, and like most homes in Tortola, the metal roof was a bit loud. 10/10, we look forward to visiting again!

We had such a wonderful stay at Christians and Regina's Virgin Gorda retreat. The space is open and airy with decor collected from around the globe. You can choose a different reading nook every day as you watch the waves rolling in. There is practically a sea view from every space in the house. The home is very well equipped for entertaining or if its just your family - cooking at home was also a wonderful experience with all of the high-end kitchen amenities. Truly a chefs kitchen. My daughter and husband were in the pool for hours a day as I often watched from the the lounge chairs outside reading. We enjoyed the koi pond and feeding the fish every morning and all the local fresh fruit that was gifted to us by our host. All in all...a 5 star experience. We are already planning our next trip back!

Villa Amani was perfect and Michelle was exceptionally helpful with anything we needed. She met us at the airport and brought us to the house, went over all of the accommodations in the house, recommended restaurants and grocery stores, and even provided a couple Crash Pads (Splat Mats as she called them, which is now how we refer to them). The house has a pool, BBQ, full kitchen, and tons of room to lounge. It’s walking distance to the Baths Beaches and very close (short drive) to Coco Maya (our favorite restaurant in town). Highly recommended! Thanks again Michelle!!!

We had an incredible stay at John and Rose’s Airbnb! They were the most accommodating hosts we’ve ever had. From arranging taxis whenever we needed them to offering fantastic advice on places to visit and things to do, they went above and beyond to make our trip seamless and enjoyable. John even delivered bottled water to the house so we wouldn’t have to carry it ourselves – such a thoughtful touch! The house itself was absolutely amazing, with spectacular views that took our breath away. The pool was the perfect place to relax and watch the sunset – truly unforgettable. John and Rose struck the perfect balance: always available when we needed help or recommendations, but never intrusive. Their hospitality made our trip extra special. Highly, highly recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic stay at Mermaid Villa. Jan was on property and very responsive whenever we had any questions. The view was spectacular and The beach was beautiful. Our Villa was supplied with everything that we needed including towels, linens, kitchen supplies, Beach supplies, and a grill. We had rented a vehicle for our stay which I would highly recommend. It is about a 40 minute drive to the west end of the island and about 20 minutes to the larger Riteway grocery store by Road town. You are very close to the airport and Beef Island ferry. There are many restaurants near Trellis bay as well. Jan is a wealth of information and can help steer you in any direction. We are hoping to return with our adult children in the future.

Flame Villa is nothing short of paradise. The property, view, beach, and access to the resort amenities were 5 star. It was peaceful, and private, but could easily access the club and restaurants by foot. Communication was outstanding and the house was very well appointment. We wanted for nothing except a longer stay! We will be back for sure.

Gorgeous views, and Meade was a wonderful host! Booking a rental car through him was super seamless as well - highly recommend both!

Kesha and her place are absolutely amazing!! We took Kesha up in the concierge service during our stay and she was above and beyond. We were a group of 8 and she was able to help set us up with groceries, transportation and activities for the week. We did not want to drive and I am very thankful we did not! We used a driver provided by Kesha and he was amazing!!! Kesha was so responsive and helpful. The whole group wanted to move in and never leave! If you want a gorgeous place with a host to help guide you for the week, this is your place. This view, everything. Kesha, thank you for everything!! We hope to cross paths with you again :)

This place was wonderful! Big, very private, but also close to all of the best beaches (spring bay, devils bay, etc.). The pool has a great view, and the bedrooms can hear the waves crash on the shore. One of our favorite parts was that families of goats would come graze on the grass in front of the pool. Kitchen was very well stocked with tools and utensils to be able to cook whatever we may have wanted.

Outstanding in every way. Can walk to many things - the baths in particular. On staff management that tend to all you need. Commissary available 24/7 to get anything you need for cooking or living. All in all - great location and facility.

Seaglass villa is beautiful, clean and convenient. Michelle & Deborah go above and beyond to make your stay smooth and seamless. We will be back again!

Great spot to get away and hang out. Close to beaches and town if comfortable driving the steep and winding Tortola roads. If back on Tortola will for sure try to stay here again.

Island Spice was exactly what we wanted for our get away and had the most amazing views! The beach is just a short drive below and was very nice and private, Sugar Cane restaurant was amazing and we ate there twice. The villa was very clean, well accommodated, they even had pedestal fans if you like a fan on you while sleeping however the AC worked great too! Had a nice coffee maker that we make a cup and enjoyed setting on the porch every morning and watch the sail boats! The sunset from the porch is great, the location is a little bit of a drive from Spanish town but we didn't mind it because the drive is pretty and sets you out side of the busy areas and the grounds are very nice and tropical. We highly recommend this villa and Debora hour concierge was very helpful with any questions and needs.

Hibiscus Villa has my sincere and wholehearted recommendation for being the perfect place to stay for your B.V.I. vacation! It's an outstandingly beautiful property! Be prepared to be blown away by stunning views the moment you step into the Villa! Huge sliding glass doors open out onto a tropical paradise of lush greenery, mountains, islands, cool, unpolluted breezes and the enchanting cerulean Caribbean Sea. It's well-appointed with a distinct Caribbean decor and comfortable furniture. The kitchen has everything you need. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms have huge showers and a constant supply of hot water. There is a new washer and dryer. I'm a stickler for cleanliness and I found Hibiscus Villa to be spotless! We thoroughly enjoyed the deck and pool outside. We would eat, read and relax out there every chance we got. Special thanks to Anthony for allowing us to stay beyond check-out because I felt unwell. Hibiscus Villa made our vacation to the B.V.I. unforgettable!

Unfortunately we could not stay in this place that we rented. The day before our arrival Anthony notified us that there was a plumbing issue and offered us another house. The substitute house was wonderful but not walking distance to anything. He honored the pricing, there was nothing much we could do. We wish we had been able to stay in the house we rented. We would have been to be able to walk down to the beach each day and not have to drive to restaurants at night. it was a good visit to Tortola.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Guavaberry. From the beautiful home, to the amazing views of the island right from the living room and rooftop, it all left us breathless. Guavaberry is definitely a location I would recommend to anyone visiting the BVI. Tina was an amazing host and so accommodating to my family and I. On the day of our check-in, our 2:00 boat to Road Town was completely booked and we ended up having to catch a later Ferry from STT, which meant we would miss our 5:00 Ferry from Road Town to VG. We had to catch a late boat from Beef island to VG and didn't arrive until after 9 p.m. Despite our late arrival, Tina did not shun us away. She was patient and met us at the office once we got in. She gave us the full tour of the house even at 10 p.m. and we so very much appreciated that. Thank you Guavaberry team for an amazing time.

the place was beautiful and very quiet after working hours. There were renovations/construction next door but it sounded light and without heavy equipment or loud noises. one thing to note: if your party is less than 3 people you will only get access to the bottom floor (but you will pay half the price of the full house). I caught this detail after booking and Anthony was gracious enough to allow access to the top floor. what a great host!

We loved staying at Flambouyant house in Guavaberry! Awesome ladies running the place - very informative and helpful! Beautiful private beach and awesome location.
