Chalet holiday rentals in British Columbia

This was the perfect place to celebrate a milestone birthday weekend with friends. Beautiful surroundings and we walked to the village for dinner. Everyone had a comfortable room with their own bathroom, so many little details were well thought out, the kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the take and replace drinks and thoughtful bottle of wine. Jacqueline was lovely, so helpful and hospitable I felt like it really mattered to her that we had a great experience. We felt comfortable and at home.

This place was absolutely perfect for our friend’s bachelor party. The property is stunning—private, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking scenery. The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, with super comfortable beds and a great common area for our group of 10. The wood-fired hot tub was a huge hit—soaking under the stars with the fire crackling beside us was unforgettable. The location felt remote and serene, yet was just a short drive to Invermere for anything we needed. The stargazing was unreal with totally clear skies. Gerard & Caio were kind, responsive, and made everything seamless. No issues at all—just good vibes and an incredible weekend. This was truly one of the best getaways we’ve had. We’d return in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed out visit and found that the mild weather allowed us to walk into town for dinner. With our ski and snowboard gear on we walked the short distance to the bus stop and rode it to the lifts. There was plenty of room for our family of four to spread out with all of our ski gear without feeling crowded in the condo. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. We enjoyed out stay a lot!

Charlotte's place is as described. Well maintained with all of the convenience of home. The location is secluded, peaceful and the views are amazing. The only challenge with staying here is the driveway (hill) to the house is steep. If you do not have an all wheel drive (4x4) with good tires, getting up and down in the winter is a challenge.

Wow just wow!! Like many of the other reviewers have indicated the place actually is even more spectacular than the pictures (and the pictures are very nice). We had a Mother's Day weekend here and we loved how close it was to Calgary while feeling a world away due to being in the middle of a beautiful forest away from it all!! The place is sooo huge (the part you can't fully grasp from the pictures) while still feeling cozy especially with the 2 way fireplace with a crackling fire going. We spent a lot of time on the deck incl hottub and we were very impressed with the well stocked kitchen and Sarah quickly responded to queries. The only thing to know about if planning a stay here is that one of the upstairs bedrooms with amazing soaring vaulted windows has no window coverings and even though we were there in May the sun was shining in our eyes very early in the morning and this would be even more a thing in the summer so maybe bring those sleep masks for those in that room.

I recommend this home if you're looking for a place to stay that: is in a quiet neighborhood, is a clean home, has a heated pool and jacuzzi (to use after a long day of exploring), has accessible parking, is a short drive to Banff, is walkable to nearby restaurants, and has a friendly and responsive host. The only thing that bothered me was the bed (bedroom with 2 beds), but this could be because it's softer than what I normally like. Nonetheless, the 4 of us enjoyed our stay!

Lovely place to stay close to town. Nice view of the ocean. The restaurant next door - The Shelter- is amazing. Beds very comfortable. Washroom arrangement has been noted in older reviews but not a problem for us being with close family. Would definitely visit again!

We had an absolutely perfect weekend staying here with a large group of close friends and all our kiddos. The home was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed to relax, reconnect, and have fun. It was the ideal setting for both adults and kids to enjoy. Plenty of room, great amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere. We made amazing memories and truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this place for groups and families!

Shy's place was a great, enjoyable stay. It had everything we needed. We were comfortable and had an easy stay. The house was fully stocked with blankets, pillows, towels, tissue paper. Place was very clean and presentable upon arrival. Great experience.

The highlights of this beautiful chalet were the huge kitchen and amazing wall of windows in the living room that provided an amazing view of the valley. Our hosts made the whole weekend amazing. Can’t wait for an opportunity to return.

Beautiful place and the cabins were full of light and was a great spot to feel comfortable in nature and enjoy some coffee and breakfast in the morning. Be aware the nearest grocery store is at least 20 minutes drive away so stock up while you're in lake Louise or Banff if you want to make food at home. The train is also very close but we had no trouble sleeping.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The views were absolutely stunning, and the large windows really let you take it all in, definitely one of my favorite features. The house was very clean and well-maintained, and the bedding was super comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. One small note for future guests: Bedroom 4 is more of an open space with a bed rather than a fully enclosed room. I missed that detail when booking, so a bit more clarity in the listing would be helpful. Also, the 5pm check-in is a bit late, but I understand this is a large house and it likely takes time to get everything cleaned and ready after check-out. Overall, I absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

This home was beautiful. The views from every room were amazing. There was absolutely everything in this house. Spices, condiments, a variety of appliances, glasses and cups galore. There are 52 steps from the garage to the master suite so if you have problems with stairs then this may not be the place for you. However, for everyone else, it is a special place that is worth staying in.

Mike was super quick with any questions or concerns we had. The place was perfect for our group especially having two hot tubs and two bbqs. Made cooking so much easier . It takes the same time to get into town as if you co”ame down from the ski hill houses. Thanks for your place

We had a great stay. Lots of room for two families with teenagers. Kitchen had everything we needed and hanging 2 bathrooms was great. Decently close to the ski hill.

The house and property exceeded expectations based on the listing. Beautiful log home made for a comfortable and peaceful stay and the property is very private with a nice useable waterfront access. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything needed to do your own cooking. Mike was quick to respond to any questions and had the place well prepared prior to arrival. I would definitely recommend a stay here as a home base for a visit the area!
