Holiday rentals with a patio in Brison-Saint-Innocent

Great welcome with very pleasant surprises in the fridge. Coffee was also planned for the next day and beyond. The accommodation was perfectly clean and really located 2 minutes from the lake. You don't feel cramped, there's everything you need. I must note the calm around the studio, no car noise or other. Before we arrived, we received a lot of great recommendations. Super responsive host and tries to answer your questions by providing real help. The studio is easy to access (even without a car) and there is a convenience store, a bakery, a pizzeria, a wine bar, a pharmacy and small restaurants nearby. Veyrier is a very beautiful place. I can only recommend this address and I will come back without hesitation!

Super well-equipped home in a stunning location. Both we and our children loved it - particularly the 2 (nearly 3) year old, who had a fabulous time with the indoor and outdoor toys. The chiringuito bar by the lakefront was a lovely place to relax in the early evening, and we also hired bikes from Nomad in Angon (approx 25min walk away) to cycle round the beautiful lake, which was fabulous. We hope to return next year for longer, as there is so much to see and do.

Thank you Kamila and Thibaut. This place has everything you need. They were always responsive and helpful for whatever I needed. The bus stop is a 7 minute walk from the Airbnb and will get you around the lake. I recommend anyone who is catching the bus to download Sibra and to catch the bus 15. Very convenient. Overall perfect for my needs and thankful for the very kind hosts.

Great stay, all on foot! We park the car in the garage of the accommodation or we arrive by train (apartment next to the train station!) then we do everything on foot: city tour or a movie or terrace in the sun or bar. A great weekend. The apartment is clean and Sébastien is welcoming and pleasant. I recommend it!

Great apartment, everything is as pictured. Two minutes from the station (you can see it from the balcony), we did not use any transport - it takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the lake and the historical center. The apartment is equipped with all necessary amenities for both short and long stays. Annecy was struck by its beauty and coziness.

Great welcoming host - helpful and friendly. Fab studio which is all fairly new and modern with everything you need. The garden is fantastic with great views across the lake - great location too. We travelled with dog and they put up with him hassling their cat! Glad we found this gem.

we stayed 3 weeks at the appartment and had a fantastic time. It was perfect for us, having 3 bedrooms including one with a desk with good wifi (for a bit of working). Life was easy with free easy parking, and a place for bikes in the basement. The appartment was very homey and convenient. The beds were good, the view on the balcony was peaceful. Lots of storage in built-in cupboards. The location was perfect: 15 min walk to the lake beach, 10 min bike to the old town via the lake, near the mountains, and right in front are all the shops for food (meat, fish, cheese, vegetables, bread, pharmacy), plus a market once a week ! The host was very friendly and very responsive. The only thing to note is that the walls between the 3 bedrooms are quite thin and we could hear through. (but the living room is well separated) Would totally do it again and will recommend to others.

super long in the heart of knowledge. lake Aiguebellette not far away and that of Le Bourget too. village 10 min away with bakery open on Sundays ❤️❤️ the heated pool the kids had a blast and so did the adults. courtyard next door. really exotic. Claire was welcoming and understandable and accommodating. We recommend eyes closed. Thank you.

A wonderful host! Her home is a little corner of paradise, tastefully decorated and with everything you need. It offers us a most pleasant break to enjoy the sun and relax. Isabelle is very attentive and deeply kind, we will gladly come back!

Ideal house for everyone to enjoy privacy while gathering around a large table or outside. Well-equipped kitchens. Dishes suitable for a large group. Very pleasant, spacious exterior. Total change of scenery bucolic environment, house totally in its juice year 60 except the modern kitchen and very well equipped the big plus is the huge terrace, the jacuzzi with a magnificent view, the large hammock. Nearby shop on foot, starting point for a walk among other things the springs of the groin. Very family house comfortable bedding, bathroom in their juice too but there are two. House that suited us well for us and our two grown children aged 32 and 26

Christian and Véronique have a sense of hospitality. Well renovated, functional and very clean accommodation. Christian is very friendly and Véronique, although absent these days, prepared our arrival (Savoyard cake, homemade jam, everyday products). Bikes, including a tandem, are available and useful for visiting the surroundings. Thanks both of you!

good stay, nice apartment, private parking, everything went well, just a small downside: access to the shower is not easy to occupy for all people (disabled, speakers , or having a few rounds.).

Fabulous place , friendly host ,within walking distance of the best boulangerie in the area ,the beach ,the lake and the local restaurants , on a voie verte , with parking , super garden for outdoor eating , lovely accommodation . Hope to go there again if we need accommodation in the area

ABSOLUTELY loved this place!!! It’s the perfect location right in the middle of the town and the lake. It was so beautiful it felt like a dream. Would 100% stay here again. Perfect for a relaxing time.
