Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Brison-Saint-Innocent

Our stay went very well. Cathy and Christophe's chalet is very comfortable and very pleasant. The environment is peaceful and refreshing. Beautiful walks nearby and nice sites to visit. Cathy was welcoming and available. We would highly recommend it.

We felt very comfortable. The host gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment is special. Our children were very happy about the pool and we parents were too.

Nicolas was very welcoming in allowing us to access the accommodation earlier. The pool and jacuzzi are enjoyable in this summer period. The place has a crazy charm. However, beware of neighbors who cannot tolerate the slightest noise.

Total change of scenery bucolic environment, house totally in its juice year 60 except the modern kitchen and very well equipped the big plus is the huge terrace, the jacuzzi with a magnificent view, the large hammock. Nearby shop on foot, starting point for a walk among other things the springs of the groin. Very family house comfortable bedding, bathroom in their juice too but there are two. House that suited us well for us and our two grown children aged 32 and 26

Morgane and her husband are super welcoming! Great communication from booking to entering the cottage. A weekend for 6 on site that went wonderfully. The Nordic bath and the wood stove in the living room are a real plus. The house is well-equipped and has everything you need to have a pleasant time with friends or family. The shopping area is 5 minutes away by car, which makes things easier. to recommend for a weekend or a week in the Chambéry region.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

The perfect place to stay in Annecy. Smack dab in the middle of the old town and 10 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is beautiful and very quiet. This one is worth a trip just to stay here.

Catherine’s hospitality and level of care in organising the apartment was second to none and truly one of my favourite stays in Annecy, this being the third time I have stayed. Easily accessible and close to all amenities and the lake, its truly one of my favourite places. Catherine as always is communicative and helpful. We stayed in the apartment offered on the first floor of the cottage, perfectly renovated with quality materials and very neat decoration. The accommodation is very clean, very comfortable and offers absolute calm and a magnificent view of the mountains. The hosts are very attentive, giving valuable instructions and pleasant recommendations to enjoy the good places nearby. We will gladly stay in Lathuile again.

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

Very nice accommodation located on the heights of Belley. The view is beautiful and the accommodation is very spacious, clean and has all the necessary amenities for the stay Special mention to the elevated swimming pool that allows you to admire the view!

A very pleasant stay in this accommodation. We loved the terrace under the wisteria, the large very bright main room and its library of comics that we were unable to exhaust despite an intensive rhythm but also the comings and goings of the black cat, very endearing or the stove provided. Agnes was, moreover, a very responsive and helpful host. I would recommend it without a second thought!

The setting is absolutely idyllic: spacious, wooded, and very well furnished, everything is designed for comfort and practicality. The property is of great beauty and invites you to relax. Original accommodation and that matches the description, many amenities are available, well heated, well located at the start of many hikes. Marc is a very welcoming and warm host. We recommend this place for a pleasant stay.
