Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Brisbane Water

We’ve had an amazing stay at Dave’s place, it’s a great weekend getaway from the city, the hot tub, the cozy fireplace and the kayaking were my highlight. The kitchen has everything you’ll ever need and more. We came back completely fresh and recharged. I couldn’t recommend it more.

Chloe is a great host, she provided very clear instructions and was extremely responsive Her place is very bright and the sunset from her deck was beautiful. You can easily walk to surrounding beaches and take a short drive to nice places to eat. Being able to take our dog with us was a great bonus. Her place is fully fenced with plenty of apace for them and an off-leash beach area in walking distance. Loved it !

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay at Shirleys. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. We made good use of the spa and enjoyed listening to the birds. The location was central for getting around to the local areas and restaurants. Shirley was an excellent host who recommended great things to do in the local area and was quick to respond to any question. Thank you Shirley :)

we stayed at Villa Nessa for a bucks weekend with 14 guys, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, spacious, and felt more like a home than a rental. There were plenty of comfortable beds, large living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that made group meals easy. The spa was a standout feature—hot, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t meet Vanessa in person, she was an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt, polite, and super helpful from start to finish. She made everything smooth and stress-free, even with a large group. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the home welcoming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our mate’s upcoming wedding. Highly recommended to any group looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed stay. Would definitely return to Villa Nessa

I LOVED this place! We stayed at this gorgeous 'modern country beach house' for my 50th with 8 of my girlfriends from school and it was absolutely beautiful – the perfect mix of charm, comfort, and location. We loved the fireplace and open plan living, huge dining table and perfectly curated furnishings. The high vaulted ceilings gave us a sense of MORE than enough space for us all, super private next to an oval and we felt a million miles away from mum life! Lyndall was incredible – warm, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble, even an SOS message to help turn the spa temp down for us peri-menopausal women (IYKYK lol!). Just a short walk to the Patonga ferry and literally footsteps to The Boathouse where we had the bottomless brunch. Couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend for a relaxing, easy getaway with charm – we’ll definitely be back! Thank you Lyndall!

We had an amazing stay here! The views were absolutely stunning, and the property itself was beautiful and well-maintained. It was truly worth every moment. The hosts were exceptional—attentive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My fiancé and I stayed at Shannon’s place and it was wonderful! It was a perfect, relaxing getaway. It had everything we needed. Shannon was amazing with check in details and quick, responsive replies. We would definitely go back! ☺️

Everything great except we were told that there was an issue with the hot tub which they left us some beers and adjusted our check out, which we appreciated! Lovely place!

Easy stay. very enjoyable time. the only things that could have been improved are extra tea towels, a few more kitchen things, instructions to use the tv and more storage as most cupboards were locked. Overall very nice stay and we were all comfortable. Beds were very comfortable but needed a few more pillows. thankyou.

Eva is the perfect host. The Pool Annexe was so comfy and easy. Unfortunately we didn't use the pool due to the rain. Eva was most accommodating with our 2 small dogs. The garden area for them was so appreciated. Check in was a breeze, parking was easy. Close to shops and the train was so convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Eva anytime. What a beautiful, peaceful place that had all the necessary amenities a 2 min walk from the spectacular pearl beach. It was perfect & Carla and Chloe were great hosts and were very generous to give us a late check out on Sunday. The spa is pretty special although a bit finicky if you don’t know how to use it - thankfully our hosts were very responsive in helping with this. My only note is to maybe make sure if you need more linen/towels than what they provide for the 4 doubles and one single bed (9 people). We booked the house for 11 (there is a room with fold out couches) but those 2 guests didn’t get towels or linen. Final thing is the property has close neighbours so there are a lot of rules to do with noise etc. This makes sense as I assume the hosts have been burned before and must protect their relationship with the local community but if you want somewhere you can feel free to sing your heart out around the fire pit until the wee hours go elsewhere. beautiful house & location,what a magnificent view. Pool was very clean ,surrounds untidy,needs a gardener. Inside clean & comfortable,Aircon,washer& dryer a godsend. I spent lots of time on lounge outside marveling at all going on with the sea,very relaxing. Close to shops & restaurants.

We had great stay over at Alexander's. Great home and location.
