Cosy flat close to the sea

Cosy, peaceful flat straddled between Brighton and Hove in Seven Dials. This oasis of calm is hard to find in Brighton. There are coffee shops and groceries on the doorstep, with the centre of town, and sea, being a short 10 minute walk away. Everything you need for a weekend away is in the flat, with the option of getting out on a paddle board as well. Parking can be tricky and expensive in Brighton, train is best. There is all day parking 5-10 minutes walk away. This is NOT a party flat.

Our 1 x king 1 x EU double bedroom, 2 bathroom home has a log burner and a gorgeous sun trap garden. In the colourful area of Hanover, we're less than 20 minutes walk to the beach, the town centre, the Laines and the station. Plus, there are local pubs on almost every corner with great food too! Dog and family friendly with good wifi and a TV. Our baby daughters bedroom is not listed - we respectfully ask guests to not use this room. This is our family home, so our things are here.

Hi,we have a large,spacious,bright and airy bungalow which is all open plan and great for entertaining. There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

Artist’s Regency home in the most beautiful Regency square in central Hove, a stone’s throw from the beach. Fabulous high ceilings, quirky art, dining room, walled garden, 2 very cosy kind sized beds, galley kitchen, 2 en-suite bathrooms, wonderful local bars & restaurants and very peaceful surroundings in the heart of our small city. Superhost for 7 years, usually renting these rooms separately, but my new oven and induction hob have encouraged me to rent the entire place!

We have free on-site parking for one car and offer free off peak charging for EV cars. The property has been set-up with families in mind, so we have available on request high chair, travel cot, baby bath, stair gates, changing mats etc. We are also a dog friendly house.
