Full kitchen as as well as washer/dryer, comfortable new queen bed. I live next door, so if you need anything or have questions, I'm reachable. Walking distance to several great places for food, drink, groceries, etc. It's also two blocks from the streetcar line, which drops you off directly across canal from Bourbon Street for $1.25.

This place is AMAZING. I’ve never stayed in a more beautiful Airbnb. The kitchen is awesome, the bed is so comfortable, and there is a wonderful view on the balcony. The space is very contemporary and feels luxurious which is exactly what I love! Lilly was our host and she was amazing! She’s very thorough with explaining where everything is and how everything works. My husband and I walked just about everywhere because it’s walking distance. Great location. I highly recommend staying here!

Ryan’s place is great! The noise isn’t an issue imo as mentioned in other comments, and I slept just fine. Plenty of street parking right out front. Had everything I needed: bathtub for long soaks after a lot of walking, washer/dryer in unit, and full kitchen. I recommend staying at Ryan’s place when visiting NOLA.

This Airbnb was a delight! The house is beautifully decorated, both inside and out, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The yard and landscaping are thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained. Inside, the cozy vibe is complemented by all the essentials you could need. The shower was a highlight—great water pressure and temperature. I also loved the convenience of the electronic lock. Ashley was great and kept me in the loop if she had to stop by. Highly recommend!
