Antoine and Angélique are very good hosts. We were very well received. We got along well, they were very friendly, polite and kind! The house is very well arranged, there is everything you need. It has an incredible view that you never get tired of, from morning to night. The turquoise blue of the lake blends perfectly with the green of the surrounding nature. Near the lake, the very pleasant lake esplanade, Aix les bains and very pretty villages to visit such as Chanaz. Many good restaurants nearby. We had a dream stay! We also enjoyed the bouquet of flowers and the candies 👍 Thank you Angélique and Antoine, we will certainly come back to see you.

Great stay at Elsa and Marc's, very welcoming hosts, good advice and very responsive to various requests from us. A perfect stay in a very well-equipped house for families. Be careful in the garden because there is no separate fence with the road, you must be vigilant if you have small children. You can find all the necessary amenities in the kitchen. The description is perfectly compliant and you won't have any surprises. I would recommend it 100%

Lovely, spacious property and nicely decorated. Really enjoyed the views from the terrace in the morning and evening and outside space. Really liked the location for easy access to restaurants and walks, shops for food and drink and to beaches on the lake. Very responsive host and great communication. Would recommend.

We had a great time at Philippe's cottage. The cottage is very convenient because it's very well-equipped, spacious rooms, basement suitable for ski equipment. For skiing, it took us about 20-25 minutes in the morning, road not jammed around 9 a.m. Philippe was very responsive and kind. The delivery of breads and pastries in the morning is a real pleasure. we had a great time at Matthew's house everything was as advertised . Matthieu is made available to all our requests . The house is super equipped, we were not missing anything like home . and a super comfortable space for our entire family , delighted children +++++

We had a great stay in the Annecy area, the house was perfectly as described, very warm, functional and spacious, ideal for a group. We were able to cook, play, use the barbecue and enjoy the outdoors! Sylvain was very attentive and available throughout our exchanges, before then during the stay to advise us and guide us as best we can! Thank you also for the flexibility for check-in and check-out of the house, we enjoyed it very much. We recommend it unreservedly:)

We had a very pleasant stay with friends at Gaëlle's. The house is very spacious and bright, well-equipped, and the outdoor spaces are very enjoyable in summer! The house is also very well located near the Chartreuse and Belledonne massifs and close to Chambéry and Grenoble.

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

We had a wonderful time at Marie-Laure's place. The house is located in a quiet area near the lake. It is very spacious and well equipped. We found everything we needed to enjoy the garden and terrace. We'll be happy to go back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

We had the fortune to stay the entire month of July and it was the vacation of a lifetime. Location is perfect with lots of things to do around the lake(biking,swimming,hiking,local food markets) and loads of fun day trips (Chamonix,Chambéry,Sixt-fer-a-cheval, Geneve, Lyon ). The house is well equipped for families, very comfortable, and the views are breathtaking . We enjoyed many evenings on the deck with a nice breeze, just admiring the gorgeous views of lake and mountains. Michel was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend for a special family holiday

House is very well equipped and well maintained inside and outside. Pool is lovely and outside seating area and BBQ very nice. Good location close to very good hyper market and host is very responsive.

The house is well-equipped, perfect location with the lake a few minutes walk. Breathtaking views of the mountains from the pool!

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

After many exchanges by message with Cendrine, we were warmly welcomed by Melanie. The house matched the description in every way. It is perfect for a family of 5. Our 3 children were able to enjoy the many games on site (swing, trampoline, children's playhouse without counting all the indoor games made available). For adults, there is everything you need: equipped kitchen, washing machine, gas barbecue, etc. Not to mention the semi-in-ground pool (more than enough to cool off) The beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking Albertville offers breathtaking views of the mountains. A nice petanque court allows you to relax while the kids play safely (fully fenced court) Close to all amenities. Finally, very clean house. A big thank you to Cendrine and her family for allowing us to have such a vacation and thank you also to Mélanie for hosting us.

Pleasant and quiet stay. Ideal for those looking for something relaxing and fun with friends or family. The house is very spacious with 12 guests who can live there peacefully without any compromise. The area of the town is residential and very rich. The road to get there is not at all winding or difficult. The location is strategic if you have a car to use. Recommended for those looking for a regenerative experience
