Holiday rentals with a patio in Briatico

An excellent apartment in a friendly and genuine village … We’ve just returned from a superb holiday in the village of Santa Domenica. What a great apartment. Spacious and well equipped, super clean, with a decent balcony and pool with a sun bathing area. No negatives for us at all. Everything we needed food wise was in the village ; a couple of supermarkets, a really good food/bric a brac market on Mondays, a bakery, fishmonger (that serves meals also), cafe/bars, 4/5 restaurants (Il Casale was our favourite). We used Santa Domenica as a base for a few days out to Pizzo and Scilla (both beautiful and, we thought, easily as nice as Tropea. A number of beaches are accessible from Santa Domenica but these involve walks which aren’t always easy when it’s 30+ degrees. And our host ? Teresa was ace. Picked us up from the Railway Station, gave us loads of decent recommendations and responded immediately to any questions we had. A great holiday !

great place to stay. Antonio was a super friendly host, always responds for our messages, he gave us some recommendations and what's fantastic offers fantastic homemade products! the place is located in walking distance from the beach which is super quiet and wide. We've got everything we need over there. planty of parking space on fhe street. highly recommend for long and short stay 😉

Hosts were friendly and accommodating with our checking- in as we arrived quite late in the evening. Home was clean and as pictured. Wi-fi was spotty at times. Host answered our inquires and questions quickly. The location is ideal as it is centrally located to the major tourist attractions but there are limited attractions in the the town itself so a car is essential to get around. Very nice stay!

Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht und ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Die kleine Anlage trohnt oben am Hang mit einem wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Man ist zum Einkaufen, etc zwingend auf ein Auto angewiesen. Eva war immer gut erreichbar und hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Wir waren dort 2 Wochen mit Baby und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

L’alloggio era come da descrizione, pulito, accogliente e facile da raggiungere. La comunicazione con Brigida è stata sempre chiara, rapida ed efficiente.

Host reattivo e chiaro, appartamento attrezzato e pulito. Collocato in un condominio con altre abitazioni, quindi molto curato. la località è molto tranquilla, la spiaggia si raggiunge sempre con la.macchina. dal balcone si gode della vista mare!

En rigtig dejlig lejlighed, hvor alting bare fungerede. Terrassen var et helt utroligt plus med en fantastisk udsigt. En kort tur på ca. 5-10 min så er du i centrum. Strandene er måske 15 min væk. Byen har noget af den smukkeste udsigt vi har oplevet i Italien, strandene ser super lækre. Vi checkede ind uden vært, hvilket gik helt upåklageligt. Værtens instruktioner var meget brugbare og udførlige. Vi havde en rigtig dejlig tid i lejligheden og Tropea.

Vittorio was an amazing host! He was super friendly and asked if we needed food and offered to drive us to the station when we asked for a local taxi’s telephone number. We we’re there unfortunately for only one night but we couldn’t have asked for a better host.

Estuvimos 8 días trabajando remoto y recorriendo por las mañanas Tropea, parando en lo de Dolores. La casa está muy bien equipada, con todo lo que a uno se le pueda ocurrir (y más) y ubicada en una zona excelente de Tropea. Cerca del mar y del centro, pero no en una zona de ruidos. Dolores es una persona muy atenta y hospitalaria que le gusta que sus huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Es muy lindo hablar con ella. La casa es la casa real de una persona con lo cual tiene alma y se siente como un hogar. Vivimos la full experience italiana. Lo recomiendo 100%

We stayed in Francesca's apartment for ten days. At first, we were unlucky with the weather, and it was cold (19 degrees), damp and mouldy inside. Once it warmed up, however, we loved the apartment. It is located in a large, quiet garden, which was very relaxing. However, occasionally the dogs would bark all night long. This was annoying for my friend who slept in the big room. The interior design is beautiful, and the apartment has a lot of charm. It would have been great to have a vacuum cleaner to clean in between. The kitchen could do with a little renovation. Vibo Valentia is a beautiful Italian city perched on a hill. I think we were the only tourists there! There are great restaurants and pizzerias. Skvostné ubytování a úžasný hostitel! Měl jsem tu čest strávit několik dní v apartmánu u Lothara a musím říct, že to bylo jedno z nejlepších ubytování, jaké jsem kdy zažil. Od chvíle, kdy jsem dorazil, mě Lothar přivítal s úsměvem a vřelostí, která okamžitě udělala z pobytu nezapomenutelný zážitek. Apartmán je naprosto nádherný – moderní, čistý a velmi útulný. Každý detail je pečlivě promyšlený a proměňuje pobyt v opravdový komfort. Kuchyně je plně vybavená, což mi umožnilo snadno si připravovat vlastní jídlo, a pohodlná postel mi zaručila kvalitní spánek. Navíc, příjemný balkon s krásným výhledem na okolí byl skvělým místem pro relaxaci. Co opravdu vyniká, je Lotharova pohostinnost. Jeho ochota pomoci, místní doporučení a celková péče o hosty jsou na vysoké úrovni. Cítil jsem se jako doma a Lothar mi poskytl cenné tipy na zajímavá místa a restaurace v okolí. Je evidentní, že mu záleží na tom, aby jeho hosté měli nezapomenutelný pobyt. Celkově bych toto ubytování doporučil každému.

We, my wife, our two girls and myself had the great pleasure to be able to spend 9 days in Mariliena“s house in beautiful Calabria. The house is fantastic and we‘ll do all we can to come back. It was absolutely clean, spacious for us as a family, wonderful outdoors spaces in the shade and on the rooftop terrace with an amazing sea view. Also, the house had everything we could have wanted for feeling at home and being able to cook and enjoy. And the best is still to come: Mariliena and Rocco were fantastic hosts who treated us like friends and showed us all the hospitality of this wonderful region with its crystal clear waters, wonderful beaches, beautiful and historic towns and the lovely people from Calabrian!

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Die Gastgeber haben sich viel Mühe gegeben den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.

L’appartamento di Jay è uno dei AirBnB più belli che io abbia mai visitato. Dotato al 100%, ristrutturato e con un terrazzo bellissimo dal quale abbiamo visto perfettamente le stelle cadenti e il cielo stellato. Conflenti è un piccolo paese immerso nella natura, dove ci siamo svegliati con gli uccellini. Jay è stato molto antenato e molto gentile, dal momento del nostro arrivo al momento della nostra partenza. Angela e Mariano, i suoi collaboratori in paese, sono stati gentilissimi e pronti sempre ad aiutarci e guidarci. Consigliatissimo per una vacanza veramente calabrese. PS: Fate una bella doccia nel bagno della stanza principale: Non vi pentirete della vista alla montagna.

Antoinette kindly picked us from the train station and offered to take us back up our leaving. The space is very large for a studio and the outdoor space is an added bonus. It is a quiet neighbourhood about halfway from railway station and town. Antoinette had quick response time. It can a little noisy from next door unit but was very quiet after 11:00. Would return to this property if the chance arose.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben alle Vorinformationen haben gepasst. Die Lage bzw. die Nähe zum Strand ist sehr gut. Man geht nur 3 Minuten. Da wir in der Spätsaison vor Ort waren, waren dort auch sehr wenige Leute bzw. nur Einheimische anwesend. Schade ist nur, dass sehr wenige Englisch sprechen. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man super per Auto die Supermärkte und Restaurant besuchen. In Marina Davoli ist eine super Gelateria Con Gusto und in Braci & Galici kann man gut essen. Größere Auswahl an Geschäften und Restaurant ist dann in Soverato. Die Unterkunft ist für Familie gut geeignet, da auch ein Kinderbett vorhanden ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Lovely apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean and tastefully furnished. The outside terrace (furniture and views) were amazing! Would recommend! Car definitely required.

Miejsce Michele jest bardzo bezpieczne zarówno w dzień jak i w nocy jeśli chodzi o dojście do mieszkania jak i przebywanie w mieszkaniu. Mieszkanie jest ogromne, ciche i ma nowe sprzęty. My korzystałyśmy tylko z suszarki do włosów i lodówko zamrażarki bo jest bardzo dużo opcji jedzenia na mieście na absolutnie każdą kieszeń. Taras jest spektakularny, dużo większy niż na zdjęciach, jest też cichy. Michele praktycznie od razu reaguje na pytania, jest bardzo uważny i troskliwy. Prawdziwe airbnb, gdzie czujesz się jak rodzina, a nie jak turysta. Kamienica jest wyremontowana zarówno z zewnątrz jak i wewnątrz. Woda gorąca, pościel czysta. Lodówko zamrażarka super chłodzi . Uwielbiałyśmy nasz osobisty i uroczy balkon w mieszkaniu oraz widok z tarasu. Klimatyzacja nie była mi potrzebna na początku czerwca. Można zostawić bagaże na czas odlotu samolotu. Lokalizacja jest fantastyczna. Polecamy gorąco, dziękujemy Michele za Twoją serdeczność i gościnność. Chętnie wrócimy.

It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

Situé en hauteur, le domaine de MARASUSA vous propose une superbe vue sur TROPEA, autant le matin que le soir, au coucher de soleil. Entretenu quotidiennement par Carmelo, l’intendant infatigable et très réactif, le site dispose d’une piscine très propre et bien pensée, de pelouses vertes arrosées tous les jours, d’arbres taillés…Superbe domaine …. L’appartement de MEYKE et GUY, très propre, et bien rangé, dispose d’une belle terrasse ouverte, délimitée par des murs et haies. Dans l’appartement, il y a aussi une Clim au top, une salle de bain très sympa, mais aussi beaucoup de rangement, ce qui est super appréciable. Belle location ….

Der Unterkunft war großartig. Der Garten und die Wohnung waren sehr gut gepflegt. Die Küche und das Bad waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, der Strand ist wirklich in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber hat tolle Tipps gegeben und war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Nur zu Empfehlen!
