Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Briarcliffe Acres

We LOVED our stay! House was beautiful, beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen, paid extra for the heated pool (would do that again), host was super responsive (always helping us answer questions about dining choices,etc.). The walk to the resort was short but the shuttle was an excellent service as well! The beach was just a few steps from the resort. Pool area had numerous pools for all ages which would be great for large families! Mark sent great instructions prior and we appreciated so much his dining recommendations! It was our first time in the area so it was nice to not have to think about where to go! We would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we have stayed at the property, and it was exactly as we remembered it - in the best way. I will always recommend staying here. The location is perfect to hop in the golf cart and head to the beach, or jump in your car and head anywhere in Myrtle.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was just as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The host was friendly and communicative, making check-in super smooth and offering helpful local recommendations. The space had a cozy, welcoming vibe and all the essentials were provided, including fresh linens, toiletries, and kitchen basics. I appreciated the quiet neighborhood and easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and I had no trouble working remotely during part of my stay. It really felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free, relaxing experience. The place was impeccable! We stayed for the weekend, felt right at home. Quick responsive, one slight problem, but she responded right away, and fixed the issue in no time. Didn’t have to provide any toiletries everything was already stocked and lasted for my duration of the trip. Everyone in the surrounding area is friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone that’s interested. You will not be disappointed!

If you’re looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle but not far from it then this is the place! Absolutely stunning house & totally toddler friendly (no stairs). Feels like home. Comfy and cozy. We drove through the night and Lonnie was great about setting up something so we could check in early morning. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip and place to stay!

Rueben's condo was absolutely beautiful. When we walked in we immediately felt at home and it was such a comfortable and cozy place. The condo building and property were very well taken care of and it was very peaceful and quiet. So much so, we felt as if we were in a single family home, not a condo building. Rueben responded in a very reasonable amount of time. He was very helpful with providing any information we needed. His instructions were perfect. The location was great- a short block walk to the beach. We enjoyed the porch overlooking the water. Soft bed, adequate cook wear to prepare meals. Overall great stay!!

I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a calm and relaxing environment in North Myrtle Beach! This unit was exceptionally clean and tidy, allowing our group to feel right at home. The view from the balcony is stunning and the inside of the place itself is lovely. The location is perfect with an easy walk to the beach! It is conveniently close to a grocery store and several other restaurants, making it an ideal spot for an extended stay. Ervisa, as well as her partner Jon, were incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. She also provided me with her number, ensuring she was always available to answer any questions I had! Overall, a 10/10 experience and I would absolutely book this rental again in the future :).

This was such an amazing stay! Tons of stores and restaurants and even things to do all within walking distance. Jacquie was amazing at making sure we didn’t have any questions and keeping in contact throughout our stay! Will definitely visit here again!

This was our first time staying here and we were so impressed with the whole experience starting with my contact with Stacey. She was quick to respond and was very informative. The unit is beautiful, the views from the balcony were amazing, and the resort was incredible. We are hoping to make this our new go to vacation spot. We had the best week ever staying here.

This place was great for our infant and three dogs. The host welcomed our three big dogs (two boxers and boxer mix) with no problem, which is very hard to find. She was very understanding concerning the temperature settings and worked with us for comfortability of our baby. We loved the location, especially if you enjoy tanger outlets. Wonderful stay for our babies first time.

We stayed as a family of 4 at Karen and Todd’s condo on the beach. It was exactly as described in the description and the photos. The building was very easy to access and had an elevator and luggage carts, which was a huge plus when carrying all of our beach stuff. The condo building has direct beach access as well which was so nice especially with young kids. Parking was also right across the street and always had spots available. The building even had a movie night at the pool, which was fun to watch from our balcony which overlooks the pool, hot tub and the beach. The unit itself was extremely clean, felt very safe and had everything we needed for a fun family week at the beach. The beds were very comfortable, and set up perfect for a couple or small family. They even had a beach umbrella for us to use. We loved the restaurant recommendations that were provided by the host as well! Overall- we loved our stay. The view of the beach was amazing from several windows in the condo!

The condo was perfect for us. The location was close to restaurants and many golf courses. The beach was very close as well. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Annie was readily available for any questions. We would definitely stay again.

This review is to brag on Jere alone - in all of my air bnb visits, I have never had a more communicative and kind host. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and seamless stay. The space was lovely and having such a wonderful host made it a fabulous trip!!!

We stayed with our two daughters, 10 and 6. The location was perfect for us. Very close to the beach but not right in all the hustle and bustle of the crowds. The resort area was very nice and our kids really enjoyed the pools. It is very close to all the attractions that we visited. The enjoyed our time very much!
