Lovely apartment by the lake. We got up everyday with beautiful view of lake como by the window. Very calmed, not far from Villa del balbianello 6 minutes by car.

The apartment has an unbelievable view. The view out the front door will take your breath away. It's beautiful. The entire town is walkable and worth exploring. The train and ferry stations are also walking distance from the apartment, and we ended up using both for day trips to other lake cities. This is truly a magical location. We will forever remember having our morning coffee or pre-dinner wine on the lake, a mere 10 feet from our front door. Francesca and her mother were amazing, responsive, and helpful in every way. They left us a bottle of their family's wine as a welcome present. On our departure day, it was pouring rain, and they offered to drive us to the train station. So unexpected and kind. I would highly recommend this apartment and location. We'll visit again.

Beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated apartment. Great location right on the lake and in a quiet village. The view was sensational. Upon arrival, a set table awaited us and in the kitchen pasta, tomato sauce and wine were provided for us. These little attentions made us very happy, we have never experienced such a great surprise. Thank you very much. Absolutely recommendable. We will gladly come back.

Emi was a gracious and attentive host and truly one of the best we’ve had. She went above and beyond by picking us up when the bus didn’t stop where expected, and personally drove us to the property. Her kindness and hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and even more stunning than the photos suggest. It’s the perfect escape from the stress of city life. There is one restaurant and a small neighborhood market within walking distance. For guests without a car, this may be a consideration depending on your needs. A word of caution: the interior stairs can be slippery, especially when wearing socks. I unfortunately took a fall during our stay and was injured. I recommend using footwear with grip, such as water shoes, when indoors to help prevent accidents. Despite this, we had a wonderful stay, and Emi remains a 10/10 host.

What an incredible stay! Michele’s place has everything you need to feel at home, all in an amazing location. There are enough amenities nearby such as the convenience store and 2 restaurants/bars, along with bus stops and even the dock for ferries across the lake. The views from every window and the rooftop are stunning. Thank you, Michele!

Had the best time in Emanuela's apartment! She was so accommodating when we arrived earlier in the day, allowing us to drop our bags off so we didn't have to carry them about. Once we checked in, she was so helpful with local recommendations and tips. The apartment itself is stunning, right on the waterfront and has so much charm and personality! It allows for easy access to the busier parts of the lake, yet is in a peaceful area! Would entirely recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to visit, and will hopefully visit again at some point in the future!

We had the most incredible stay at Mattia and Daniela’s place—an absolute gem in Lake Como. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect: peaceful, quiet, and the kind of breathtaking views that truly stay with you. Mattia was beyond responsive and generous throughout our entire stay. He and Daniela went above and beyond in every way, making us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. The home itself was spotless, beautifully inviting, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It was exactly the peaceful escape we hoped for—if not better—and we’re already dreaming about coming back. Thank you again, Mattia and Daniela, for such an unforgettable experience. I would give this place ten stars if I could! The view is amazing. The place was just like the pictures and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. Gianluca was so kind and a great host! Definitely would recommend!

We had an amazing stay - would definitely recommend! The apartment is very clean and well equipped (especially the kitchen, there was all the basics you need for cooking along with coffee which was much needed after a day of travelling!). Great views of the lake from the kitchen and terrace and ideally situated - a short walk to Ossuccio lido/sala Comacina and quick bus or 20 minute walk along the greenway to Lenno for bigger supermarkets etc. This was our third time staying in this area of Lake Como and we all agreed that the location was perfect, quiet and beautiful but also close to all our favourite lidos and restaurants. Monica was a brilliant host. She helped us with recommendations for restaurants and also made reservations for us when we needed help which was so kind. She answered us very quickly and was very friendly - we would definitely choose to stay at her apartment again.

Firstly, lets start with the host. Maurizio is one of the most genuine people I have ever met. We were immediately treated as welcomed guests, with local tips and and recommendations. Then for the living space, it had everything you needed for a great stay. The views from every window is stunning. The terrace is beautiful with great views, enough privacy and with sunbeds and dining table, what more can you ask for? Lastly, location. With ca 30 seconds to the water for a swim and 2 minute walk to local restaurants. It's peaceful and quiet, with waves waking you up in the morning. The beach is nice and roomy, but I recommend some bathing shoes as the lake bed is made of rocks. You have ca 10-15 minute walk to the main town, which has a ferry dock and access to the train station. The small town has a few restaurants, a gelateria and a small local store. The perfect slow, quiet and humble vacation town. 10/10 would visit again ❤️

Amazing place to stay! Sara is amazing - she gave many local recommendations and shared lots of helpful information! The walk up from the AirBnb was not easy, but well worth it for the view and location!

Such an amazing place right at the lake side, so peaceful & beautiful. Apartment was clean, tidy, very bright, we enjoyed big windows. Chirping of the birds early morning while having coffee on the terrace was music for our ears. We celebrated mini honeymoon here & did not regret. Only thing we regret is not staying longer. Wonderful place, with a pool and a view of the lake, a great destination.

This was the most unusual lodging I've ever been in on a road trip The house had everything I needed and more. My favorite spot is the upper terrace. I was lucky enough to spend a few evenings there, processing all the content for the day to the sound of birdsong. It's not easy to get here, but it's worth it. When you open the door of this house, it's like stepping into a fairy tale. Unforgettable experience, thank you!

They say that Bellagio is the jewel of lake como , i believe its Where you stay and also the host , I have been in different places with different and marvelous location but nothing comparable with a place that you feel comfortable in during your stay,and what even makes your stay beyond expectations is the host and i believe Deborah did really made things lovely and easy specially for someone that is not familiar with local customs or the location Simply one of the most beautiful experiences i’v ever had and strongly recommend the place as the photos does not do justice to the place trust me

All I can say is book this Airbnb you’ll feel like royalty. The location, the gardens the whole Villa was a dream. So beautiful and the host went above and beyond to make it special for us. I will 100% come back to this Airbnb

We loved, this apartment, Bellano and Gianpaolo in that order. The apartment, while in an historic, older building has been completely remodeled and feels like new. It overlooks Lake Como and is an easy walk to restaurants, cafes, sights and the ferry terminal. Gianpaolo was lovely to work with and made sure we were well oriented when we checked in. I only wish we could have stayed longer. -Vince

It was a very nice stay. We liked the location, the view of the lake and the beautiful pool very much. Only the parking spaces are a bit too small. Many thanks to Alberto, who is an excellent host.

Absolutely wonderful stay 😊 the flat and the views are absolutely gorgeous!! In a quieter area of lake Como, but it is an absolute gem. Still plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance, and a little shop as well. There is a wonderful bar/cafe a 10 min walk down the lake front, which is the best place I’ve had my morning coffee. Musso will now be our base for future visits to Lake Como - there are few tourists but a 10 min drive to Menaggio where you can catch the ferry to Como, Bellagio and Varenna (among others). We didn’t go to Como, but Varenna and Bellagio were each a 15 min boat ride. Simone was extremely helpful with recommendations, and also when we extended our trip for a few days. You must catch the sunrise on the balcony - it is magical, as is the whole place! Plenty of parking, and a little beach right infront of the apartment. Cannot recommend enough, and we will be back. Great view of the lake, clean apartment. The area is also great to explore by car! Without it, it's rather difficult, as the place is unfortunately not really walkable. We had a very relaxing and beautiful vacation there!
