If you've ever dreamed of staying in a gorgeous villa, nestled high in the mountains, with incredible views of Lake Como then Villa Nina is the place for you. Claudio and Maria are incredibly kind and responsive to all inquiries - they made us feel right at home. The benefit of being further from the hustle and bustle of Varenna (approx 6-8 min drive) is that you can experience a truly local experience. I opened my window each morning to incredible views with sounds of the beautiful stream nearby. Some of the amenities (veranda, pool) are shared but this was not an issue for our family. We were able to enjoy everything on the property. The villa itself is well-appointed with everything you need for your stay. We traveled as a family of four (2 adults, 1 teenager, 1 older child) and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. We look forward to our next stay at Villa Nina!

Lorenzo's place was perfect for our getaway to Lake Como. It is located in San Giovanni which is about a 25 minute walk from the downtown of Bellagio. That said, this Airbnb is in a great location with a small restaurant and cafe right outside, plus a ferry pick up (although ferry pick ups are less often than the other ports). The Airbnb is a great size for 2 people and the property is gorgeous with a pool and beautiful gardens on the lake. Lorenzo and Marzia were responsive and welcoming. We would stay again!

It was a great stay, Diego was very helpful throughout providing great recommendations and was quick to respond to any queries! Would definitely stay again it was a beautiful spot, lovely restaurants nearby, 10/10 🇮🇹

Very pleased with our stay. A wonderful location. Luca was so helpful in meeting us to escort us to the property as it is located in a no drive /traffic section. We could not ask for anything more. Luca was always helpful, answering our questions and helped us to manage parking. The property has the most beautiful views. We would highly recommend. Our experience was wonderful and can’t wait to return!

We’ve had a fantastic stay at this apartment!. The view was phenomenal!!!. The apartment itself was perfect for our group, plenty of space and 3 balconies where we could admire the views of the lake. The apartment is in such a perfect position and location. It is definitely THE BEST view of the lake. We did have a car and found this useful but it’s only a 20-25 min walk (uphill) and in my opinion it wasn’t too bad. Varenna was lovely, the scenery absolutely stunning and it’s been an amazing trip!. The hosts were great and had great communication. Thanks again for a great stay! We would recommend!

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

You can hear the water when falling asleep, the town feels „real“ not too many tourists and the balcony is a highlight. We loved staying in this place/area.

Beautiful apartment near the beach . Very walkable to restaurants and the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the back patio and the views of the lake and mountains are beautiful. Our group consisted of two adults and three young kids.

I have stayed in many places. Massimo's place is by far the best. He takes great care of the guests and is very kind and welcoming. His place has everything you need and it is very clean and spacious. He has thought about all the details so his place is very well equipped. He is also very good at providing information and is excellent at communication. Thank you for everything we will be definitely be back again.

I highly recommend this place!! It was extremely clean, a comfortable bed, a beautiful view everywhere you looked, everything you would need. The house came with little treats, maps, information, and was walkable to sweet little restaurants, views etc. The hosts were SO kind, helpful and wonderful!! We would entirely stay there again!

We had an incredible stay at Sergio’s place in Onno! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond—meeting us at the bus stop and walking us to the apartment, answering all of our questions along the way. He was so helpful with tips on trains, buses and ferries, which made getting around Lake Como so easy and stress-free. Sergio also gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and things to do in the area—every suggestion was spot on and helped us make the most of our time on the lake. The apartment itself was perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The air conditioning was a huge bonus during the hot summer days, and the outdoor patio was a dream spot to relax with a glass of wine after a day of exploring. Thank you, Sergio, for your hospitality and kindness—we’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Como!

Best accommodation in our entire Italy trip. The place was tastefully decorated and Dana obviously took pride in hosting! Her hospitality went above and beyond and the place was very comfortable. Thank you Nicoletta for our stay in this beautiful, peaceful and totally relaxing apartment. Sitting on the terrace at all times of the day and night with just the sounds of the waves, church bells and occasional boats was unbelievably relaxing. The immediate locality was so friendly - we loved the cafe aurora which had the warmest welcome and lovely home cooked food - also the Giardano a Lago was a lovely place to enjoy a drink with generous portions of food right by the lake- but it was also magical to eat in the apartment sitting on the terrace as the sun went down and the lights across the lake started to twinkle. The C25 bus, which was mostly reliable. made heading along the coast to Como or Agregno (where we had the most fabulous 2 hours on the lake after renting a boat from the company you suggested) so very easy and we were very glad not to have a car. Thank you again for all your suggestions and help and we hope to return before too long - a perfect holday destination.

We had a wonderful stay in Cernobbio! The apartment was clean, stylish, and in a great location—perfect for exploring Lake Como. Nico was incredibly nice and very communicative throughout our stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend staying with J&Co-Homes!

Mara's accommodation in Sala Comacina is a dream! We had an incredibly beautiful view of the lake, the garden and the apartment were very well maintained and well equipped. The place is small, but we felt very comfortable, as there is, for example, a small supermarket and a small swimming area with a beach. Mara was always quick to reach and very friendly. There is also parking. We would come back anytime!

Very nice apartment and without forgetting the delicate attentions that the owners left us, it is very appreciable 😊 If we were to return to Milan, I would contact Marco without hesitation 👍

Beautiful stay with an amazing view!

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

Anyone travelling to Milan don’t stay anywhere else. This apartment was amazing for me and my mates we had a great time. Cleaner was round everyday to keep it spotless, location is in walking distance of everything, and the hosts were amazing!

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

The home was very welcoming, clean, and beautifully rustic. The house is in a quiet location with a lovely view of the lake, and the directions we were given allowed to get there with no problem. Also, we were greeted by fresh eggs, juice, sweets, sparkling wine and other gifts at the place, which is very nice and commendable. Any recommendations for this place if you want a quiet and enjoyable vacation, we felt right at home.
