Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Brian Head

Julie was extremely nice & proactive, and maintained availability throughout the entire trip. Instructions were very clear and easy to understand all around. The expectations were very respectable, but not overbearing. The property was nice and in a really good location in town. It’s extremely private and on a quiet street, which is very nice. It could just use some maintenance upkeep inside the home. The home does have the best of both worlds when it comes to being a comfy, cozy getaway that you plan to spend a lot of time at on your vacation or if you’re just needing a place to sleep while you spend your time doing all your outdoor activities.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. The place was spacious and allowed our group of 6 adults and 1 infant to spread out comfortably. We loved the convenience of being right in between Zion and Bryce Canyon. The location is close by to restaurants, groceries, and downtown.

Nicole was an exceptional host. The house is beautiful and in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. A short drive to main street and a lot of decent places to eat and drink. The views from both the front and back patios are breathtaking. The front yard was a perfect area for our dogs, fenced in and lots of room for them to explore. Tons of room inside the house including large sized bedrooms and a huge walk-in laundry room. The kitchen was very well stocked with all kinds of cookware, utensils, tableware and ever a nice variety of spices. Nice gas grill on the back patio. Being able to park in the garage was a great and convenient benefit. We would definitely stay here again when back in Cedar City!

We loved our time at this home! It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed visiting Bryce Canyon, Escalante Petrified Forest and Capitol Reef. This home was the perfect place to relax after busy days exploring Utah.

Our family had a great time in Kannarraville! It was a beautiful spot to stay while visiting Zion. Our kids loved the theater room and the trampoline. The house was clean and inviting. Wayne was always quick to message back when we had questions and flexible when we needed to add a night’s stay. We would recommend this spot 100%!

Andrew’s place was great! He was very responsive. Christy was great too! She came over and shoveled the snow off the porch so she could bring out the deck chairs, grill, and fire pit. The house was one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. If you decide to stay in and cook, there is plenty of cookware and dishes. Loved the Nespresso machine. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Brian Head.

Colby’s home was just perfect. It was in an ideal location for the national parks. It also was in an area with some good restaurants. It had wonderful amenities. Colby answered questions promptly and even in the late hour. I would recommend staying here!

This place is just great! Its in the main street yet very peaceful, walmart is only 10min away, we went to zion and its very accesible. The host was super helpful since I needed two more units for my family, all of them super clean and pretty! I liked the fire pit and the grill since there is no kitchen it was great to have a bbq and enjoy the stars. Its also very affordable given all the amenities included. I would come back for sure and I recommend it 100%

We stayed here for 3 nights to ski with our daughters (8 and 9 yrs old). We didn’t need to drive the entire stay after parking in the heated underground garage, we were able to walk to the Navajo lifts in a few minutes. The space was perfect for our family of 4 and doggy. No frills, yet had so many thoughtful extras like packs of hot hands, extra lotion, comfy beds, a sound machine, extra chargers, board games, a starter log for the fireplace etc. The hosts were extremely helpful, proactive and responsive offering tips to help with altitude sickness, advice on where to rent ski gear and flexible check-in/check-out times. Each night after skiing we went to the sauna to relax and mingle with the other guests. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again for the convenient location, friendly hosts and condo amenities.

We had a wonderful time staying here! It is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you could need is provided and Shannon is a wonderful host.

We definitely recommend this place. The person who works at the office was extremely friendly, she’s really nice, The place was very nice. They recommended places to visit around there. We would definitely like to come back.

Great stay! Host was very responsive and welcoming. The place was perfect for two couples--two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. It's a very short walk to the restaurants and store. We saw a deer outside our window in the morning.

We couldn’t have had a better time. Beautiful home! We loved the outside deck with the fire, amazing showers, comfy bed, equipped kitchen, the list can go on and on. We were 4 adults and had a blast in the game room and loved seeing deer roaming outside our window. Not only was the house perfect but Haley was quick to respond if we ever needed anything. We had a fantastic stay at the Flying Squirrel. The cozy house and stunning views were even better than we expected, and the space was clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. Abby and Erica were exceptional hosts—responsive, friendly, and attentive to every detail. This made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend, and we’d love to return!

This was our second stay at Armen’s house. We stayed with 2 other families (6 adults, 6 kids) and the house is perfect. Plenty of room and great open kitchen/living area to eat and relax after a day on the mountain. Massive garage, fully equipped with sleds and snow toys for the kids. Only a 5 minute drive from Giant Steps or Navajo but you feel like you’re in the middle of the wilderness. So peaceful and looking forward to our next stay at Armen’s.

We came from Idaho and our family drove up from Arizona. We picked this house as a central meeting location. It worked out perfectly. Very clean and open concept for family visiting. Pet friendly and our dog loved the backyard. Very close to shopping and restaurants too. We’d definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself for another family meet up.

Our group had such a fun time playing games and exploring the beautiful area. Everyone was comfortable, and enjoyed the views . The high elevation is no joke though! Upon arrival we were accidentally given the wrongs entry codes but they were extremely quick to respond and get us in.
