We had an amazing stay at this vacation home in Normandy! The location is perfect. It's in a quiet neighborhood, nestled in a lively city filled with great restaurants, shops, and just a short drive from beautiful beaches. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the house and its amenities, making us feel right at home. The house itself is impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and exudes luxury. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, and it truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. The amenities are top-notch, with a sauna, hot tub, and pool that were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The whole family had a fantastic time, and these little extras really made our stay special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! If you’re considering a stay in the area, this place comes highly recommended. It truly exceeded our expectations!

We had a very good stay. The place is peaceful! The cottage is very nice, very clean, and the bedding is good quality. The garden is charming! and the children were able to enjoy the pool.

Everything was wonderful, we really appreciated the tranquility and the animals, especially Kimi who visited us several times I recommend shopping and cooking directly there as there are no restaurants nearby, the kitchen is really well stocked and in the outdoor space there is also a private grill already equipped with what you need to light the fire.

We were warmly welcomed by Régine and Laurent. They are responsive and very friendly. The cottage is modern and comfortable and at our convenience. It is close to all the beautiful places you wanted to see: Mont St Michel, Dinan , St Malo, Cancale and its coast... And we had sunshine😉.

Élisabeth's cottage is the perfect place to gather for families or groups of friends. It's great!!! I recommend it.

Very nice welcome from Emilie, the information was accurate and reliable. The accommodation is very pleasant, well arranged and refurbished, a special mention for the terrace with its raspberries. Access to the beach is easy. We had a great time in Avignon. Just a downside is the quality of the bedding. I would this property.

We had a lovely stay. The house is small but feels large. The space is calm and very well equipped. The garden is secluded and has different elements, play, quiet and room.

Very nice house with garden, terrace and private parking spaces. The whole place is clean and close to a bakery and bus stop. Gayet. Everything is provided except linen and bedding as indicated in the listing. The view is unobstructed with the sea in the background. It takes about 20 minutes on foot to get there. We had a pleasant weekend with 4.

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. Perfect and relaxing weekend. The location is ideal for visiting Mont-Saint-Michel and its surroundings, while enjoying a peaceful and serene setting. Nathalie's thoughtful touches and the option to enjoy the jacuzzi for an hour with the reservation add real value to the stay. We were warmly welcomed, and Nathalie was very responsive to each of our questions or requests. The cottage, impeccably clean, is decorated with taste and simplicity. It is also very comfortable, with quality bedding and complete amenities. We highly recommend this address and hope to return as soon as possible.

We had a very quiet and restful 2 night stay in the gite. It was in very tranquil surroundings and perfect if you want to get away from it all, but be within distance of the coast and other attractions. The accommodation was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Claire and her family were extremely friendly and helpful and very proactive in asking if we needed any help & reaching out to offer advice about the locality, etc. We would definitely like to return next time we are in the area.

Who needs a television when you can look out of the window at that view? This is obviously the big attraction, but the villa also has everything else you need for a long stay, and we enjoyed our two weeks there very much. The free bus service, which can take you along the coast (and to LeClerc, if you don't want to take the car) is very useful. And a special thanks to Alexandra who was really responsive and helpful.

Functional house that met our family expectations to be close to Granville without residing there to be quiet

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

Gorgeous place, sparkling clean and so easy to walk in with our 10 month old after a 5 hour drive (high chair and cot all set up for us). Really comfortable, great location too - we managed to visit the local beach and it was lovely! Thank you for our wonderful stay
