Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! Quiet stay in the countryside with background music, river singing. Great for stays in a large tribe. The house is spacious, very well equipped, moreover with taste. Nothing is missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe walk to discover the environment for all ages.

The house is superb. Well designed and equipped with tasteful decoration. The heated pool is great. Communication was friendly and responsive. We hope to return one day.

Very nice place, well thought out accommodation with the raised terrace overlooking the pool and a peaceful and beautiful view. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to meet the owner but in view of our exchanges by message I found the person very pleasant. Our stay was very nice. We didn't have to take the car because many things could be done easily on foot (shopping, walks, going to the ocean...) Our host was very approachable and trusted us, which made relationships easy. The region is very beautiful and there are many places to discover.

A perfect weekend in a warm setting I had a great weekend in this absolutely perfect accommodation. Everything was there: impeccable cleanliness, optimal comfort, neat decoration, quiet and quality amenities. You feel at home there from the first few minutes. But what makes this stay truly exceptional is the hospitality of the hosts. A big thank you to the owner and her husband for their kindness, availability and benevolence. Their welcome was as warm as it was authentic, and you can feel that they put their whole heart into hosting. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation and I will not hesitate to return as soon as possible. Once again, thank you for everything!

ideally located the accommodation is convenient / functional, slightly far from the city center ( 400/500m) which allows you to enjoy everything on foot and by bike. " master " outbuilding is a real plus. the railway right behind the house is surprisingly not at all. We will regret the cleanliness of the accommodation upon arrival as well as the garbage cans of the previous occupants due to the off " season " pickup that is done during the week . if it was necessary to find a defect may be the lack of noise insulation up / down in the house .
