Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely 2 minutes' walk and shops are also accessible in 5 minutes' walk. This is the perfect place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality materials. I highly recommend it!

we had a very good stay with Framboise. the house is cosy and practical. it is just about 8 minutes by bike to Le Chateaux d'Oleron. bakery and supermarket are not far away. communication with Framboise was easy and quick.

Quiet stay in the countryside with background music, river singing. Great for stays in a large tribe. The house is spacious, very well equipped, moreover with taste. Nothing is missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe walk to discover the environment for all ages.

A dreamlike house in the idyll of west France! We had a wonderful time as a family in the beautiful house Colibri in Médis. We are very thankful for Hélène and Delphine being warmly welcoming to us and tremendously friendly, uncomplicated and extremely helpful. Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to both of you 🌞

Excellent family stay in a very nice house! The bedding is of high quality, and the indoor pool is really superb. Everything is perfectly safe for children, which is very reassuring. Everything is designed for their development. The terrace was particularly appreciated. The whole place is modern and friendly: we highly recommend this place for a good little family break. We had a great time with the family at Anthony's house. It is very well equipped and the layout of the different rooms (sleeping area, dining area,etc.) allows you to share time together but also to have each their own space! The village center is within walking distance (there are all the essential shops there) and we rented bikes, which allowed us to visit the rest of the island on foot and go to the beach a few minutes by bike from the house. Finally, thank you to Justine from the concierge , who gave us a warm welcome on our arrival and was available despite our very early departure, not to mention her valuable advice on the good places on the island!

Once again delighted with our family stay at Mélanie, Benoit and their little Capucine 😊 The beauty of the small garden around the house that made us happy on this very sunny stay. 🌞 We even grilled in the evening this time, the smell of laurel basil and flowers in the garden brings us such a beautiful atmosphere of nature. 🌺 The calm was always there, we were able to rest, sleep well as usual, and walk to the beach and the city center very close. It is very convenient not to have to take your car. We did not have time to visit the recommendations that Melanie and Benoit had advised but eager to return very soon to discover even more Royan and its surrounding sites. Thank you again to both of you for your kindness and thoughtfulness!

Very good stay with Martine who was a very pleasant and attentive host. Perfectly equipped accommodation, very clean, bright and really quiet. We were at home and can only highly recommend this place.

Conveniently located for touring the area. Accommodation with the necessary and clean. For two it is perfect. Nice garden for our 2 dogs. Pleasant neighbors. We recommend it.

We had a good vacation in this large, recent, clean, pleasant and well-appointed house. The bedding is very well made and comfortable. Shops are a 10-minute walk away (bakery, fresh produce, Intermarché, etc.). Our 2 cars were parked in a private and secure location adjacent to the accommodation. We did not take advantage of the jacuzzi, which was operational and in good condition, due to lack of time. We recommend this house for a large family wanting to visit the Royanna region (so much to discover!).

The location of Benjamin’s place is ideal - safely contained in a very pretty complex of apartments with parking and easy access to the beach. Once inside, you would never know you are close to other apartments because it is quiet, well lit, and beautiful. The back garden at sunset is incredible. There were only two of us and our dog, but the apartment is stocked to be able to easily host a small family. It’s clean and organized with a spacious kitchen and a comfortable bed. We were met at the gate when we arrived, the key hand-off was friendly and quick. Check-out instructions were clear and we didn’t feel rushed at all. All in all, a great stay. We hope to return someday soon!
