For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

Our farm offers a 15 m natural swimming pond and is located in an absolute secluded location on the edge of the nature reserve "Höllbachtal", between Regensburg, Cham and Straubing. With us you will find peace, beautiful nature, warm atmosphere and a very cozy ambience. Our two gallery apartments with fireplace and pine beds leave nothing to be desired. In addition, we offer sauna and med. Massages. To ensure peace and quiet, we only take 2 guests per apartment.

The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. Adjacent to the nature reserve is our romantic chalet, which invites you to spend relaxing days together as a couple. With magnificent views, you can look over the Pegnitztal and relax. Relax in the hot tub with waterfall, enjoy the warmth of the Swiss pine infrared chairs or simply feel comfortable on the covered terrace and listen to the rippling of the spring.

The charming, romantic apartment consists of a cozy living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a hallway. It is located on a historic farmstead in the picturesque Bavarian Forest. From all rooms as well as the south-east balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view over the orchard meadow to the forest – pure relaxation! In the cold season, in addition to the wood central heating, the heat of the basic furnace ensures comfort. The wood is included.

Our 78 m² guest house can accommodate up to 6 people. The center of the apartment is the spacious living/dining room. The property has two bedrooms, a large daylight bathroom with a bathtub, shower, washing area and toilet. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and a fridge with separate freezer compartments.
