Family-friendly holiday rentals in Brem-sur-Mer

We had an absolutely perfect stay in Antoine's house. Everything is thought out for the comfort of the guests: the house is very well equipped, decorated with great taste and extremely clean. The location is ideal, close to everything while remaining quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The garden is a real little piece of paradise, ideal for convivial family moments around the plancha, or to relax in the jacuzzi after a busy day. A big thank you to Antoine, who is adorable, very available and accommodating: he is an exemplary host, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

We spent 2 weeks at Josette's house this summer. Pool at 31, very quiet area. It feels good in Josette's house! We could come back without any hassle! Thanks for the stay!!

Our stay at Cynthia and Nicolas went very well. The house is very nice, with neat decoration, very well-equipped. Kids loved the trampoline. The spa is a plus too. The proximity to the sea is really appreciable. We'll be happy to rent again if the opportunity arises again.

Great stay at Cathy and Marco's! The place is beautiful, peaceful and ideal for nature lovers. Birdsong replaces the hum of cars, as few vehicles circulate nearby. A true haven of peace! Hosts are warm, flexible and available. The house is full of charm and reflects the personality of its owners! Well-equipped, cooking is a pleasure. The jacuzzi works well, is very clean and well equipped in a closable glass roof. The view adds to the SPA experience! The outdoor area and garden is very pleasant: covered table, deckchairs and ping pong are available. Our cat also enjoyed it a lot, and in complete safety even outside! We loved our stay at Nathalie and Christian's. They came to pick us up at the boat and it was greatly appreciated. The accommodation and the terrace are very nice. We received plenty of tips and recommendations on places to visit, specialties to try and more. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good advice even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

A very good stay spent on the island of Olonne and in the accommodation which is very well located, quiet, not far from all amenities, as well as beaches. Very warm welcome and attention to us as well as to our dogs with a treat as a welcome gift. A very good place, I recommend it.

We had a pleasant week at Maïté's, quiet, but with the beaches accessible only 15 min by bike! We particularly liked the outdoor wooden deck. Thanks also to Pierrette, a very welcoming neighbor.

Christophe is a charming and very hospitable and friendly host. Welcome drink was on the table upon arrival, very nice! He is very attentive and has good tips for the area. Also responds directly to any question you ask. It is a very nice place to stay and to explore the neighborhood: the beach is beautiful and the sea too! We were able to park the car in the driveway, but there is also a garage. The backyard is completely private and fully fenced, ideal for a dog. We found the electric shutters for all the windows in the house to be a plus: so you can really sleep in the dark. After a nice holiday week, we unfortunately had to go home again :)

Nice family house with a big garden, we and our dog loved it. The patio and terrace are relaxing. The open kitchen is large and well equipped, the sitting area is comfortable and spacious. The house is very close to the village center, easy access to the beach and local restaurants. There’s a market twice a week, and local grocery stores. We rented bicycles just around the corner and did not need the car at all. All in all we had an excellent and very relaxing stay :)

A very good stay at Brigitte's, who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easy to access and close to the center of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. It was an excellent stay at Nicolas'! The residence is very pleasant, quiet, charming, well located to access the village of La Flotte on foot easily, close to the waterfront. We had a hot time and the apartment, shutters closed, remains cool. The pool is a great plus. The exchanges with Nicolas were very cordial. He is responsive, accommodating, and gives valuable local and practical information. The studio is well arranged, with nice decoration, good bedding, all the necessary dishes and the flowery terrace is ideal for having breakfast outdoors. ☀️ The table set on our arrival gives a touch of hospitality that we appreciated. We'll be happy to go back!

Everything was really excellent! The accommodation is very well arranged, perfectly equipped, with everything you need… and even more: utensils, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper… everything is there. The space is intelligently optimized, nothing is missing. The swimming pool, just opposite, is ideal for children and adults. And the parking space in the shade under the pine tree: a real luxury! Small downside on the pool floor, freshly redone: the painted coating makes walking barefoot difficult, especially for children. Too bad, but it's just a detail. Very pleasant welcome from the gentleman, smooth and accommodating exchanges by SMS with the lady, great flexibility on arrival and departure times. The best Airbnb rental we've done so far. Pleasant stay in a pleasant accommodation. Quiet between countryside and sea. The swimming pool and its hours, without hours was my little plus (respecting the quiet of the neighborhood). Very easy access, private parking. 20, 35 minutes from the beaches between Les Sables d'Olonne and Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. Supermarket, convenience store 15 min by car. Very welcoming and responsive host. Ready to offer you activities.

We have very good memories of our time (5 nights) in this comfortable accommodation! Françoise received us warmly and hospitably. The facilities were excellent and everything was in accordance with the photos and the description. The studio was taken care of with a lot of love and attention to detail. The use of the swimming pool was particularly welcome! (the outside temperature was 30 degrees.) We also made grateful use of the bicycles. We have had a nice time!
