Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. In the two cozy bedrooms you will find a double bed and two single beds. The apartment has been completely refurbished in 2020. The large living room offers a lot of living space. Together you eat generously at the long table with six nice chairs. Of course you can have modern conveniences such as WiFi, BluRay, Chromecast and Spotify Connect.

A lovely private place with its own garden to completely unwind. The Cabin of Greenland is a modern wooden house. Built in 2020 and located on our family property with monumental barn from 1640. From your own garden or through the large windows, you can see the sun rise, you have a view of the bulb fields, old North Holland mills, and around you, you experience the lively nature. You are surrounded by greenery and the cheerful presence of various (water) birds and insects.

Have breakfast with sunrise or culinary enjoyment of the Weber BBQ, or just enjoy the sun loungers.

In the winter it can be too cold to sit there only with the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bath and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Relax in our spacious guest house and discover the wide range of recreational opportunities in the Kop van Noord-Holland with its wide sandy beaches and the vast bulb fields. Also near the Wadden Island of Texel and the former island of Wieringen. The Amstel Lake is 5 km away from us with various water sports opportunities. Pets are not allowed.

A stone's throw from the Wadden Sea, Amstelmeer and Lutjestrand and not to forget the beautiful beaches of Den Helder, Julianadorp, Callantsoog and Petten, it is fantastic for water sports enthusiasts. In Anna Paulowna, a train leaves for Amsterdam every hour.
