Super nice, very private and nice house with all comforts. Good beds and the jacuzzi is a plus. Philippe leaves you alone, which is also nice. I was given attention because it was my friend's birthday, which was a very nice surprise.

Sittard is not a bustling city, but a nice base. A small historic center; worth a visit. Maastricht is easy to travel by train. Great location🌻

Thank you so much LIyn for your kind hospitality, the current toasted bread was prepared for us at check in in the afternoon and it was delicious.The room is tidy and spotless, the kitchen is fully equipped, the room we stayed in has a large garden, full of purple flowers, walk to the supermarket and the forest park, it is very convenient, quiet at night, made us enjoy the perfect vacation.Totally recommend it.

Thank you for a wonderful weekend among girlfriends! The apartment is spacious, light and airy. The modern kitchen is super equipped, so it was a lot of fun to cook. The spacious living-dining area has very comfortable seating furniture, lots of games and information flyers. The bedrooms are also very good: comfortable beds, large windows with insect screen and shutters. Large bathroom, separate toilet. The highlight of course is the lovingly landscaped garden with conservatory. Here it was good to endure with a glass of wine in the evening 😉 Our special thanks of course to Fien and François! The contact was very nice from the beginning, a warm welcome, many tips for excursions in the area. Our physical well-being was also taken care of - we were really spoiled! Nice communication, stay was neat, spacious and everything was available. The surroundings were very quiet. In short, everything was available to relax and enjoy the surroundings!

Our stay at Berdie went well beyond our expectations. This was not just a ‘stay’, it was a wonderful experience. The accommodation was as described and the floor-heating was superb. The wooden stove -while not necessary for heating- was very cozy. The place is surrounded by nature with excellent walking trails. Icing on the cake was the Sunday music performances on the premises. Both Berdie and her husband Gerard are terrific hosts and I highly recommend them. We look forward staying here again in the near future!

The holiday apartment was very pleasant, high-quality equipped, with well-maintained houseplants and a terrace with a blooming flower bed and a view of the countryside. The bed was just right, not too soft, and it was so quiet that you could leave the window open at night. There was a lot of storage space in the large wardrobe, but also in the bathroom. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, so that you immediately felt comfortable. Marie-Anne and her husband were very friendly and always had time for us. We were able to park our e-bikes in the lockable shed and were also allowed to charge them there. The area around the castle was very green, and yet you could be in Voerendaal in 5 minutes by bike.

This was, hands down the best AirBnB experience I've ever had. From the quality of the location and the effort put in the provide privacy and comfort to the friendliness of the host. Jordy has a lovely home and is exceptional at communication and his willingness to assist at any time. I have every intention of returning for quite a while to experience the joys of the region and this will be the only location I plan to stay.

Clean accommodation, flexible check-in/out, very friendly hosts, city center easily accessible on foot, perfect for a city trip or a long weekend. :)

We have enjoyed this lovely and very spacious apartment. You can also relax on the private terrace outside and enjoy the peace and the birds chirping. The owners are super hospitable and very caring. We were brought our breakfast in the apartment all weekend, table was set. That really felt like pampering! In the restaurant also deliciously eaten after a long bike ride through the beautiful surroundings. The young lady and young man who also worked there during the weekend were also super friendly. Compliments to them too!

A nice welcome with clear explanations, help was given to carry the stuff upstairs. A booklet with activities and restaurants in the area that the hosts themselves also recommend. This is very nice to get ideas. Beautiful accommodation with beautiful views of the garden when you are in bed. Delicious and beautiful kitchen to cook in and the sofa is comfortable to read on. Unfortunately, the television in the living room worked a little slower, but the one in the bedroom worked well. Unfortunately, the curtains let in a lot of light early on, but it did not cause too much inconvenience. It was a wonderful stay full of relaxation and fun activities in the village itself.

We spent nine days in this fantastic bed and breakfast. The garden fascinated us in particular, what grows there and how lovingly everything was combined, just great. Sitting by the fireplace in the evening, enjoying a glass of wine and having good and fun conversations with Maria and Pieter Jan, a pleasure. Both are very attentive and kind, give good tips and Maria's breakfast in the morning was always a highlight. The apartment is cozily and tastefully furnished. We felt like at home here. Very nice contact! I am more than satisfied. You should only keep in mind that the accommodation is not directly in the city, but in a beautiful nature reserve with a lot of peace.
