The house is very comfortably laid out and furnished. It feels like new, and is crisp and clean. The town is a quiet beach holiday town with no shopping areas. Alison gave us detailed information about this, as well as where to get groceries and the preferred route to get to the house. Truly a gem of a place! Clean, comfortable and cosy with a lovely large enclosed garden for the dogs. We loved listening to the frogs at night and the bountiful of beautiful birds in the day. Close enough to the main road with lots of restaurants and to the wandelpad for lovely long sunrise and sunset walks with the dogs. Allison as a host was friendly and accommodating. We loved Allison’s place and will always try to come back in the future. Thank you Allison.

We had the best stay at Linden Tree for a wedding. We were so warmly welcomed by Jenni and her husband, and their friendly two dogs. The rooms were stunning with great views and very clean, with everything you need. The location is also great with it being it right in the town but just off the main road too feel immersed in the nature of Napier. Thank you Jenni for being such kind hosts. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Philip was proactive on check in details, met us on arrival, showed us around and made us feel right at home in his wonderful very spacious apartment. The facilities, surrounding and overall space in the apartment is five star + The decor was modern, beautifully appointed and ultra smart! With and a lovely five minute walk to the beach and beach restaurants.
