Located on a short 10 minute walk from Eastcliff beaches and only about 25 to 30 minutes from Westcliff. A great choice for a couple or young family looking for a quick escape to the beach.

Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful and cozy home. The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there. This place is also in a great location and has great access to shops nearby.

Just wanted to say WOW So cosy, spacious and felt right at home! For me the perfect touch was the games and milk in the fridge ready for a cup of tea after travelling! Loved staying here! Would definitely come back!

A great little flat. Matt was a good great host who gave us some good local recommendations. One small thing. Is that the car parking space for 6c is quite small. Had we known we would probably travelled in a different car. But the flat itself was spotless and handily located for Southbourne centre and beaches alike. Local parking around the residential area is a bit of a challenge. But overall a great little find.

Had a lovely stay at Chris’s place. The place was very well furnished and equipped with lovely decor. Chris was very quick to respond when we got in touch and was there in time to handover keys. The only drawback was that the blinds in the bedroom are not light proof and the room is quite warm so had to leave windows open, because of which daylight was streaming in from 4.30 am and the passing vehicles outside through the night made it a little difficult to sleep, so would suggest keeping a fan and changing the blinds. The stay was otherwise lovely, with thoughtful touches such as a wine bottle with wine glasses and biscuits for tea and coffee.

Caroline is a wonderful host and her home was beautiful, we instantly felt at home shortly after checking in. Was perfect! Caroline was also on hand whenever we needed her and always responded to messages as quickly as she could. The home was a lovely size and there is nothing to be faulted with this beautiful home and lovely host. Would absolutely stay in the property again if it meant we could meet Caroline again and experience the at home feeling we had this weekend. 100% would recommend booking a stay at this lovely home, you would not be disappointed at all! We had such a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our stay, really spacious, comfortable and clean. The hot tub was great and the house was so close to the beach (less than 5 min walk). Aimee and Paul were really helpful and responsive when we had questions. I would highly recommend booking a stay here!

Conker lodge felt like home from home! The place is welcoming and comfortable with lots of bits and bobs you might need during your stay - the spare backpacks were very handy! The place is super clean and just as described and really welcoming to dogs - our dog loved the pupcake (and we loved the lemon drizzle!). The hosts have thought of everything - I would definitely recommend staying here, thank you

We’ve absolutely loved our stay – it was such a special few days. I stayed with my two young daughters (3 and 5) while my husband was away, and this place couldn’t have been more perfect. I felt really safe and settled, especially with Amanda, the lovely host, just next door. She was so kind and thoughtful – and even gave my girls a little bear and a suitcase full of outfits for it that had belonged to her daughter, for them to play with – such a sweet touch. Toys, books, and a handwritten welcome note with all the essentials were ready for us on arrival – so appreciated after a long journey. The house is immaculate, cosy, and perfectly set up for families, and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had a brilliant day at Sandbanks beach, just 5 minutes away and not too busy – with easy parking, nearby toilets, and loads of space for the kids to run around. Thank you again, Amanda – we really hope to return soon!

The potting shed was a lovely place and really well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and it was great having a netflix for air BnB guests! Loads of great beaches, villages and walks around. Jan was very helpful and responsive. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

We had the most fantastic stay at Ferndene. As soon as we walked through the door it smelt so fresh and clean! The little welcome pack was so useful. Kate has thought of everything you could possibly need. We loved the hot tub and games room. We also really appreciated the local recommendations and the fantastic farm shop next door. We look forward to visiting again!

I stayed with Chris Lucy and their family for 2 months and was sad to leave. I enjoyed everything about my stay. The surroundings and garden are beautiful the annexe was cosy and homely with a log burner, and was perfectly located to shops and local amenities. despite being proximity my privacy was always respected and anything I needed provided without hesitation. the visits from baxter (the dog) were a highlight and the communication was brilliant. it was a pleasure to stay and get to know this beautiful family.

We stayed here as a family to visit our extended family who live locally. Anthony welcomed us and was extremely pleasant and friendly, few tips on places to eat etc It is a lovely lodge tucked away in the countryside and only 10 minutes drive to the nearest town with all amenities that you could need. 25-30 minutes drive to Bournemouth. Lots of lovely country pubs in the surrounding areas. Spotlessly clean and perfect place to relax in between visits to family members. Would definitely stay here again if it’s available when visiting them again.

We had stayed here before and enjoyed the area greatly so were pleased to have an opportunity to return for a week. The apartment is ideally situated for the beautiful Dorset coastline, with Highcliffe beach only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is clean, cosy and very quiet with everything needed for a relaxed, comfortable stay, including a well-maintained private garden to sit in. We were lucky to have beautiful warm, sunny weather and visited many of the local places of interest – Highcliffe beach and castle, Mudeford Quay, Hengistbury Head, Christchurch, Bournemouth, Poole, Brownsea Island, to name a few – all excellent and well worth visiting and some within easy walking distance. There are great places to eat and drink in Highcliffe itself, with an even greater choice in surrounding towns and villages. John is an excellent host and communications were first rate at all stages of our holiday – we would highly recommend.

A truely beautiful location. A river at the end of the beautifully tended large garden with various chairs/garden sofa to sit on and enjoy the birdsong. Freddie the Pheasant came to say good morning as did numerous birds and squirrels. very modern home, very stylish decor. drawer full of leaflets for local sightseeing options We'll definitely stay again.

Sonya is incredibly responsive with communication and flexible with our check in times. Her flat is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. It’s to a great standard. The immediate surroundings of the flat are a little questionable but in prime location to parks, restaurants, and the beach. It can feel hot inside the flat on summer days but the large floor to ceiling French doors onto the terrace and provided fan at the property offer sufficient cooling. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly visit again. Sonya and her property have been great to our family (2 adults, 2 teens) while we are on our holidays!

We had a three night stay here whilst visiting our daughter. We felt so welcomed and comfortable. The space is immaculate, warm and comfortable with a number of really special touches that put this stay above the rest. Milk in fridge, teabags, cake, toiletries and a well stocked kitchen to name a few. We slept so well in the king size bed and enjoyed hot showers in the stunning bathroom. All requests and queries were immediately responded to and sorted! We’ll definitely be back!

Rose's place is beautifully clean and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. We loved relaxing in the beautiful garden and very much appreciated the thoughtful note that had been left, along with the generous provision of breakfast and hot drink items. We had two great meals out, one at The Ship and one at The George. It was so easy to get into the forest for walks. A great stay and we would thoroughly recommend!

A very peaceful flat, on a quiet street, with everything you need. I was only there for one night but was very comfortable. I didn't meet Nicole, but she was always very responsive and helpful, even though I booked late in the evening for that night.
