This is a beautiful place to stay, right on the lake with an amazing view, and a friendly beaver right next door! Our highlights were the hot tub, the fire pit and kayaking on the lake. This spot would be amazing in the Summer. The house is clean and well set up, the 2 downstairs bedrooms are small but just fine for sleeping. There is plenty of room in the rest of the house.

Our family enjoyed a nice, quiet stay at Sarah’s place. The view is beautiful, living space is spacious and comfortable, with good wifi, and fishing at the dock is a great way to enjoy some relaxed time. Sarah is very responsive for questions, which we thoroughly appreciate.

Amazing time at this wonderful cottage. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, and have put a lot of time and energy into making this cottage an excellent stay. The hosts for this cottage clearly have a passion for making people feel right at home. Thoughtfully, they've left notes, instructions, videos, and even created home automations to make staying here as easy as possible. Everything was fully stocked from cutlery, spices, cleaning supplies, linens, etc. there was almost nothing that they missed out on that a group of people might need! The Hot tub and Suna were wonderful additions that we took full advantage of. The bed rooms and guest houses were cozy and comfortable (with AC/heating). The waters were very nice. Sandy lake that doesn't get too deep until much much further out. The dock was well constructed and great for relaxing. Overall, one of the best AirBnB cottages that we've stayed at in years.

A truly wonderful getaway at a gorgeous cottage surrounded by nature. Jason was a fantastic host, and provided a top notch experience. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the spatiousness both inside the out, and made great use of the firepit and canoes. We will definitely be booking this spot again,, and are grateful to Jason for his hospitality!

Great stay for our friends bachelorette. It has everything we needed and was a prime location in Bala for everything you may need.

Our stay at this Bala cottage was excellent. The property is beautiful and well-suited for entertaining a large group. We found it to be very spacious and clean. There were plenty of activities available on site, including kayaking, canoeing, and paddleboarding, as well as a hot tub. Enjoying coffee in the Muskoka chairs by the water, with lake views, was a highlight. We would certainly recommend this cottage.

Had a great time here. Beautiful space, immaculate, and was exactly as described. We enjoyed the hot tub and backyard, and the view of the river was fantastic. Great location, was minutes away from the beach and other shops. There’s a cute ice cream parlour right across the street as well which was great for the kids. Would highly recommend.

It is a beautiful, secluded area on Pine Lake with the back facing west (Make sure that you enjoy watching the sunsets from the living room area or the hot tub!). There was plenty of equipment by the dock for us to use and enjoy on the water. The kids enjoyed paddling and swimming in the lake. If you are looking to work remotely, the internet connection was solid as my friend decided to work. If you are looking to switch off and go analog - it rained heavily one day there, but everyone was entertained with the all of the games and puzzles that were supplied at the cottage. Our Great Pyrenees dogs enjoyed roaming the site. We had an issue with the BBQ, but with some quick messaging with Jesse, he was able to get someone out to the cottage to fix the issue. It is a bit of trek to get into the cottage by vehicle, so I recommend that you enjoy the seclusion of the site - it is worth it! However, it is easy to get into town if you need to go there. This cottage is perfection. Liane & James are just SO lovely. If you're reading this, don't look any further. Just book it. We couldn't have had a better week at Follie's Cove. The cottage was the perfect mix of modern and rustic. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. We felt at home instantly. The sunroom was the perfect chill spot for us and our two big dogs to get out of the sun/rain without feeling cooped up indoors. The beach was heaven for our dogs, and on a quiet end of the lake, so we saw few other people all week. The quintessential Muskoka experience! Liane and James were *beyond* wonderful. They set us up with a ton of breakfast food and desserts. Even offered to return the day after check-in to drop off more coffee. It truly felt like renting from friends. Highly recommend renting the pontoon boat from them and puttering around the lake. Wish I had more space to gush about the space and their incredible hospitality. We would book again in a heartbeat!

Susan is a great host, very responsive and accommodating. The home was fully equipped with everything you would find in your own home, as well everything was clean. Beautiful sunsets on the dock on a peaceful lake. Highly recommend renting the extra kayak and SUP boards.

Host allowed us to check in early way ahead of usual check in time which was great. Had an extra full day to enjoy the cabin right by the lake with private beach access and lots of gear provided by the host (Kajak, Kanu, Boat etc.). Cozy little campsite with fire pit and chairs. Great view of the lake and fall colours. Very quiet despite neighbours to the right and left. Vast selection of DVDs for movie night. Short car trip to supermarkets in Huntsville. Had a great time and would definitely recommend it. Easily accommodates 4 adults.

Beautiful spot with all the amenities. Feels private and secluded yet only a 10 minute drive from downtown Huntsville. James was super accommodating and responsive to our needs, would definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance!

This beautiful home felt like home away from home. There is no attention to detail missed!! This was our first visit but we are already planning for our next. Would definitely recommend.

We had a memorable long weekend at this spacious and well-kept property. The four bedrooms, kitchen, and games room gave our group plenty of space to relax and enjoy ourselves. The lakeside location was beautiful, and we loved using the outdoor campfire and BBQ. The house was clean, matched the listing, and communication with the host was smooth and prompt. We would have liked to use the kayak, boats, and indoor fireplace, but these were unavailable due to weather and house rules. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property to groups looking for a relaxing getaway. With a bit more flexibility on amenity use, it would be even better. Thank you for hosting us!

Our stay at Mike and Elaine’s place was simply amazing. Beautiful spot on the lake. It was so nice to relax on the dock, jump in for a swim, go for a paddleboard or kayak, enjoy the fire at night, or play some games in the screened-in muskoka room. They really have thought of everything here. As hosts, they went above and beyond to make sure our time there was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better spot, or better hosts.

One of my favourite Airbnb cottages! The space is perfect for a family (lots of kid focused things) or for a few friends. The property is beautiful, has great amenities like the sauna and water toys. The beds are very comfy and kitchen had anything you could need. All in all this was one of the best experience I’ve had. The host was super lovely, and you can tell they’ve put a lot of thought and care into creating a great experience for their guests.

Quite place, surrounded by tall trees and various animals. Neighbours aren't too close. Large deck to unwind, although, the stairs climbing up from the deck could be a little demanding on the legs. Groceries, stores, restaurants, LCBO is with in 6 minutes from the cottage. Hosts are very responsive and helpful, no matter what time. Kids had a great time. The lake could use a little restocking (for all the unprofessional fishermen 😁). Overall, we enjoyed the time at the cottage/lake.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Priolo on the Bay – Moody Escape, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Andy is a truly exceptional host. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to create a luxurious yet cozy escape. The cottage itself is immaculate – modern, stylish, and unbelievably comfortable. It strikes the perfect balance between high-end living and rustic charm. Tucked away in the heart of nature, it still offers every convenience imaginable: from fully stocked cutlery and snacks to campfire treats, firewood for both the sauna and outdoor firepit, a gas oven, extra lighters—you name it, it was there.The interiors are spotless and beautifully designed, making the entire space feel like a warm, peaceful retreat. Sitting by the fire, unwinding in the sauna, or just enjoying the serene forest surroundings—it all felt like a dream.This is the kind of place that makes you not want to leave!

Loved our stay at River Vista! The attention to detail was what makes this cottage luxury: from beautiful live plants, to plenty of convenient storage, comfy beds and a giant couch perfect for enjoying the forest view, playing board games or snuggling with a book. Loved walking to the falls, as well as just watching the river flow. The private mini hike was a cool surprise too. Last but not least, Natasha and Matt are responsive and helpful - thank you! We can’t wait to return in the summer so we can float, paddle board and canoe 🛶.

This is a beautiful tiny house. We truly enjoyed our stay — we loved the peaceful silence and the sound of birds singing. There’s also a dock at the end of the street where we spent time fishing, swimming, and relaxing right up until the last day.

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and laid back and flexible with our big group of girls. They let us check in early and accommodated the extra girls that ended up coming. The Airbnb was the perfect size with lots of space and a comfy beds for all. Great social spaces for big groups to hang. Perfect hosting cottage. The waterfront is great and we had really nice swimming. It’s on a narrow part of the lake but opens up just a little down the way so perfect for boating which we did. Also great location to port Carling which made our trips into town easy. The other neighbours on the left and right are very close but we had no issues. Sauna was excellent and so was the hot tub ( been at lots of Airbnb’s where they don’t work). It’s pricey for sure but if you have a big group it’s well worth it. Thanks so much for making this one of the best weekends of my life!!
