Our cozy and warm cottage is located in a hamlet "Le Planay" at 1700 m altitude, close to a stream (Ambin) and a stone's throw from Vanoise National Park. Guests can take advantage of many marked trails accessible to everyone from the chalet. You will have every chance to see wildlife: deer, marmots, bearded vulture. Animal friends welcome: our 4 cats live in the chalet. They spend most of their time outdoors, but also enjoy napping on the couch!

We had a lovely stay, with family, at Raphaël's place. He's a very responsive host. the accommodation is located in the heart of a small quiet and peaceful village, close to the cross-country ski slopes (small terrace facing the slopes): you can walk there and hike as well. The accommodation is a few km from several very nice resorts (Aussois, Val cenis, LaNorma/Valfrejus and Bonneval sur Arc). A car is still necessary to get there (a few shuttles during the day). The wood burning stove is very nice. thanks Raphael!

What a very very place! We enjoyed a week in the mountains. The gite is far into the valley, making it quiet and you can walk directly from home. We have explored several side rooms. The fall colors, fresh snow up in the valley, vultures and grouse were fantastic! The cottage is very '' ''. In fact it is a big space in which an open attic and downstairs a screened bedroom are made. The kitchen offers every opportunity to cook and bake. In Le Verney is a good bakery! Jean-Philippe is very responsive and friendly. He provided extensive instructions through email and his folder in advance. During our stay, he regularly took the time to talk, listen to our experiences, tell about the gite and the valley, and he has good tips for walks. Highly recommended if you are looking for a wonderful and peaceful starting point in the French Alps!

Wood and stone chalet

A wonderful stay in a chalet on 2 floors + a very convenient basement, very well equipped to leave ski accessories. We were only 3 people but we enjoyed this very beautiful accommodation with very comfortable underfloor heating, the fully equipped kitchen and especially the calm of the place and the view of the mountain. The accommodation was very beautiful, all wood, very clean and very convenient, in line with the photos with a very quiet environment. Access to a small garden through a beautiful wooden terrace. Mountain view from all windows. Free private parking space right in front of the chalet to the right of the entrance. 5 min drive to Val Cenis Termignon, charming little village with ski school and alpine ski area. Guillaume was a very welcoming host, very responsive and always very courteous. We had a lovely week with the family. I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation!
