Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bradley County

Impeccably clean! The house was perfect for our long weekend to celebrate our daughter’s graduation at Lee Univ. The house was perfect in its size, location and amenities. Located in a picturesque neighborhood where it was ideal to sit on the porch and watch life pass us by!

David was a great host! We felt so comfortable and we all slept so well. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed and more! We had such a lovely time with family while in town for our son’s college graduation. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Lots of space and very clean. Great screened porch. Matt accidentally gave us the wrong check in code but he corrected remotely immediately. One bedroom is downstairs and there is no air conditioning in that room - just fyi. We thought it was a great deal for the price.

Absolutely Gorgeous Place! Wish we could have enjoyed it more instead of the horse show all day. Theres no internet and no TV's (But you can use your Hotspot) so it was a great re-set and used less electronics! So peaceful! Also, no microwave so keep that in mind before you go to the store (lesson learned lol) There was a few issues with the cleaning when I was doing a walk through at check in so we wouldn't get dinged for. ***side note*** I clean houses for a living and notice what most don't see. But Josh & Meg was so responsive when I brought it to their attention and even offered to fix it without even asking. And I appreciate them. Thats great costumer service! If we ever come back for Yeda Nationals, I would definitely be requesting to stay there.

Our stay was great! We comfortably fit everyone in the house and the outside area was very nice to swim and relax at. Rex was an amazing host and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Thank you! We highly recommend

It was perfect for what we needed and only 9 minutes away from where we had our white water rafting trip. Very clean as well! The house is right across from some sort of shop and is also sandwiched in between two others with a very small driveway and a very very tiny backyard. But those weren't bothers for us since we were only staying the night to sleep and out the next morning. I would 100% stay again.

Love that I was able to be outside surrounded by trees. Kimberly was very responsive when I couldn’t get fan/light on. Was a tad embarrassed after the fact! Shower was a bit of a challenge but managed okay. Before I got there she opened the windows as I asked. Really it was such a nice little getaway. Go get you some solitude :)

It was absolutely one of the two most peaceful places I have ever been to. I wasn't ready to leave, and I will go back just as soon as possible. The place was clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed and Gary & Sheryl were awesome!!! If you want a quiet get away, I highly recommend "On the River"!!!

This little apartment was so cute. Shannon was accommodating to all of my needs. You can tell that she took time and effort to make the apartment look good feel good. Smell good and just have an overall good vibe. And I don’t know if it’s because I’ve been traveling, but I think that was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. And when I try to book the room, she responded right away. I don’t think I had to wait more than five minutes for any text.

If I could give this stay 20 stars I would! What a phenomenal experience. Michael & Hilda’s home is absolutely stunning. Their family and friends we met while being there were so welcoming and friendly. The love they all have for making sure their guest are happy, goes unnoticed. They made us feel like their place was ours. I can’t wait to come back or to another one of their beautiful properties! Thank you just isn’t enough.

Laurie and Daniel They are the best of best and their kind and helpful and make everything wonderful for us. We already have booked another two trip in the future with them next year. We will continue to come there and stay at their place in search of that trophy bass.

We booked this airbnb because we were rafting on the Ocoee. We were 5 minutes from Cherokee Rafting, our outfitter of choice, so very convenient. Our group was very comfortable and had plenty of space with 2 bedrooms. We used the kitchenette to prepare some simple meals and chose to eat out our dinners in Cleveland- 20 minutes away. We enjoyed sitting by the river in the evening and my husband enjoyed the patio in the morning. The property is well taken care of and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolute top knotch host, and stay. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The stocked kitchen is a huge bonus. The morning muffins were a big hit, especially for my kiddos. The host honestly thought of everything, and went above & beyond with SO many amazing extras!! You can definitely tell LOTS of love has been put into this home away from home. Perfect place to stay for a “home away from home”! This apartment was excellent for an extended stay (over a month) during an outage I worked at the TVA’s Watts Bar Nuclear Plant. Having a nice clean washer and dryer in the apartment was convenient. The kitchen was well appointed with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. I worked nightshift, and the neighborhood was safe, peaceful and quiet, making it easy to sleep during the day. 5-star in every way! Fantastic hosts - thank you David and Joanna for such a great Airbnb experience!

This airbnb is perfect for a small family and pets! My husband and I stayed with our two dogs, and walking them was simple. There was a small yard on the side and back of the townhouse. We stayed here for my sister’s graduation at Lee University, and this is a perfect location because it’s 10 minutes away! It’s very well located for events such as this! Washer and dryer worked great, and I loved the charm added to the place! We are saving this location for future stays! Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect for our stay, very clean and very cozy! Just what we needed along our road trip. The views were great and it is a beautiful neighborhood to walk around as well. We will definitely be booking with Jennifer next time we are in the area!
