Apartment holiday rentals in Bradley County

I needed a place to stay for 3 months after my home in another city sold until my new place in Cleveland was finished. Rhonda’s place worked out perfectly. I was able to continue working from home. Internet worked perfectly. It was neat and clean and furnished so well. Rhonda and her husband were great and answered my questions promptly. So friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay at Cardin Manor. It was exactly as pictured. Each room was very clean. The kitchen has everything you need as far as cooking utensils, dishes, coffee and creamer etc. The king size bed is very comfortable. It is a very peaceful place to stay.

Love the new floors that she put in upstairs! Also the new door on the back porch and how it is fully screened in now. Always a great stay. Love how close it is to our church school. only .3 miles away. Makes for an easy commute in the morning.

This was the perfect place to lay our heads after being out all day. Bridgette was very thoughtful in leaving snacks for us in the kitchen. We had everything we needed.

This little apartment was so cute. Shannon was accommodating to all of my needs. You can tell that she took time and effort to make the apartment look good feel good. Smell good and just have an overall good vibe. And I don’t know if it’s because I’ve been traveling, but I think that was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. And when I try to book the room, she responded right away. I don’t think I had to wait more than five minutes for any text.

The Loft is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. It was an easy drive to Chattanooga, Fall Creek Falls Park, Ruby Falls and conveniently located near a Dollar Store and a short drive to restaurants. The pool was a welcome retreat after a long day of walking. The Loft was a comfortable and luxurious home away from home.

Adequate accommodations. Clean and comfy. I would stay here again for the price. Sharon was super friendly and willing to assist me! He lifted my 50 pound luggage in my car!

Ana's place was very large. It had a full kitchen and a huge bedroom. The bed was comfortable. The TV was large and easy to use. The desk had controls to be able to stand or sit and the WIFI worked great. She had a air purifier that was just like the one we have at home. It was away from the interstate and the railroad. Minimal traffic noise. Good location that we would stay in again.

This was the best Air B&B in TN! it was clean, cozy, and the bed was super comfortable! We actually got a full night's sleep! The host was super friendly, communicative, and very quick to reply to any questions. We will definitely be staying here the next time we are in TN !

This property was perfect for our horse show at Tri State Exhibition center. It was very close to I-75 and lots of restaurants and a grocery store. Super easy to find, very comfortable and great hosts. Very clean.

I had a wonderful stay with Kevin and Kendie. They were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. I had a great stay and would 100% recommend Simply Sunny and hope to be able to visit again soon!

Beautiful view, matched description, not far from the river! We got to hear owls at night which was cool! the patio was very cozy & great place to hangout early morning or even late night!

My daughter and I were in town for a softball tournament and the space was perfect and the view and sunset was beautiful! Ms. Paulina was so sweet and kind. Would definitely stay again

Great place to stay near downtown and Lee University. Walkable to events at Lee and restaurants in downtown. The cafe is also nice and a great breakfast. Tim was quick to respond and helpful.

This is a wonderful place to stay - and our third time at this location. Clean, close to SAU, comfortable with very amenities, nicely decorated, and great communication from Nina. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at Merritt's Place! Very cozy and the hosts were very accommodating! The pool was refreshing and clean! The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was big and spacious! It was everything we needed!!

We enjoyed our stay and it worked very well for us. In town for the MLF event on Chick. 100% would recommend if you are in the Chattanooga area. Great value and will book again if I’m in the area! Two highlights that stood out to me were that the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.

Very clean, well appointed and comfortable apartment. The two restrooms are great for a small group. Conviently located in Collegedale, yet is secluded in the woods. The owners are very responsive to questions and requests.
