The apartment is in an excellent position, within easy reach of beautiful walks, fantastic architecture and good value places to eat. Steep narrow stairs may make access difficult as could lack of a dedicated parking space. The apartment is well equipped and has comfortable beds with good quality bedding. The smaller of the two beds is probably best suited to two children or one adult. We loved Bradford on Avon and enjoyed a train trip to nearby Bath. Overall great value for money.

Spacious modern apartment that had everything we needed for our week’s stay. Clean and comfortable. It was handy to have off-road parking. Location was good, short walk to town centre , bus stop, train station and the large Sainsbury’s supermarket on the edge of town. We would definitely stay here again.

Bit of trouble either with the lock. Alice’s instructions were correct but Air an and B had older details. Responded immediately by email though and we were in. Beautiful accommodation full of character. Clean and quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Fantistic cottage like something from a movie set! Check in was super simple. Very well equipt inside, very clean and tidy. Lovely quiet road and lovely garden which gets sun all day. Also some great local pubs the host recommended . The local town is stunning and bath & castle Combe also a short drive. We will definitely return if we ever stay in the Cotswolds again!

We booked Jane's place when we bought tickets to see Robbie Williams. Everywhere in Bath hiked up their prices, Jane didn't. It was perfect for our 1 night stay. Jane provided clear instructions to find the place and to get in. We met Jane as we pulled up which was lovely. The place was spotless with lots of lovely, homely touches everywhere. We slept solidly and loved the brownies and muffin. Well equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommended.
