House has historic charm, located on the edge of Frederick's historic downtown and very close to Frederick Memorial Hospital. After a complete renovation, we decided the cabin would be perfect for Airbnb. It's completely separate from the main house and offers both of us a great deal of privacy. It is also warm and cozy yet extremely comfortable. Please be aware that we have dogs on the property. If you are not comfortable with dogs, please do not book this cabin. Tania's home is lovely & impeccably clean. The room is very comfortable and she has thought of every little thing you may need in the bedroom and bath. Parking is easy & I was able to walk and bike to the shops and parks. The neighborhood is strictly residential.

If you are looking to visit the city of Frederick but want a place away from the city Linda's is the perfect place. She was very responsive and has thought of everything from providing toiletries, to even providing amenities for a dog. The bed was very comfortable and felt like home. As soon as you walk into the house she has cookies waiting for you at the door and coffee machines on both floors. What is even more convenient is that she has a washer and dryer for guest to use. The breakfast she provided was great and the dining area for guest was beautiful. I really appreciated that he has a large fenced in yard for our dog to run and she went provided bags for the pet waste. Linda has really gone above and beyond. I was also fortunate enough to meet her and was so kind and welcoming. So if you ever want a beautiful relaxing place to stay and still be close to Frederick'd Linda's is the place to go!

It was peaceful and quiet with all the right amenities. I stayed about 6 months and only left because work moved out of state. This place is perfect when you just need a place to stay that's clean and secure with everything a small living space should have.

Hidden Gem - Stay with Dan and Alice.

This was my second time staying at Hidden Gem and it was as lovely as the first. Daniel is an excellent host - great communication and thoughtful responses. The room is spacious and has a wonderfully comfortable bed and the entire place is spotlessly clean. The patio and fish pond are so very peaceful. And the pups are adorable! Highly recommend.

Kerri’s place was wonderful! Everything was just as advertised . The extra details from a nicely stocked mini-fridge to fresh baked cookies made the stay even better. Lastly, waking up in the morning to the delicious smell of a hot breakfast set right outside our door was amazing !

I would stay here again. It could have been us, but it wasn't clear from the listing that the bedroom/bath were on the 3rd floor and that we could use the 1st floor living room area. The second floor had a kitchen and living room area as well, but apparently those aren't for guests. Not a problem at all, just not clear to us in the listing. Maybe we overlooked these details. Also, the bed had matching pillows, comforter and fitted sheet, but we did not locate a flat sheet. Again, maybe this was noted in the listing & we missed it. Otherwise the place was comfy, clean and bright. Definitely a great value compared to local hotels (Hampton, HI Express, etc.). If there's a next time we'll know we're climbing 3 flights of stairs to the bed/bath rooms & that we can use the 1st floor to stretch out & enjoy some TV! Please consider Shawn's place if you're in the area.
