It's a lovely and newly renovated basement apartment with a lot of natural light. You will have your own parking lot, your own entrance, your own bathroom and kitchenette. The apartment has a televison and free internet access, and during the summer you will have access to a lovely patio. Situated only five minutes walk from the University of Aarhus and the University Hospital and only 100 meters to the city train with connections to the city center. Towards East there's a 10 minute walk to the lovely sandy beach in Risskov - called "Den Permanente".

The apartment is 63 m2 and is suitable for accommodation for families, a group of colleagues, or two couples traveling together, etc. It contains two bedrooms with two single beds in each room that can be "stiched together" to a double bed, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Lejligheden ligger på 1. sal i et hyggeligt frit beliggende hud og der findes egen parkerings plads ved huset. Sengelinned og håndklæder er inkluderet. Rengøring er ikke inkluderet og det forventes at lejligheden afleveres i samme stand som ved ankomst for DKK 400,- Mulighed for at oplade elbil med 11 kW el bil lader.
