Sleeping weather. with double bed (can be split in two), dresser and clothes rack. Swimming room. with shower and toilet. A small weather with a dining area. Tiles in wooden look in every room. We are a family of 4 upstairs which will occasionally be heard. Free parking on the road and in the driveway.

Kitchen with all equipment, fridge and dishwasher , stove. Exit to private terrace with table chairs.

Lys kælderlejlighed med egen indgang. Lejligheden består af entre, 2 værelser, køkken og badeværelse. Der er ingen gulvtæpper (trægulv og klinker). Der er gulvvarme i hele lejligheden. TV (kabel tv) i begge værelser. Stor have som mine gæster er velkommen til at bruge. Der er en terrasse dedikeret til gæster. Min lille hund Futte (allergivenlig) løber frit i haven og underholder gerne gæster. Hun er meget glad for børn.

The apartment overlooks Aarhus Ådal and Årslev Engsø . Bus to the city center by the door as well as nice bike and walking path around the lakes and into the city. There is carport for van. Here is peace and quiet!
