Holiday rentals with a sauna in Boyaca

This place was a wonderful stay — super comfortable, exactly like the photos, and in an amazing location. It had all the amenities promised, and everything worked perfectly. The host was incredibly kind and made the check-in process easy and smooth. Parking was a breeze, and being so close to all the main sights in Paipa and the surrounding towns made everything really convenient. The lake nearby is beautiful, and the wellness area — including the sauna and pool — was a great extra touch. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Juan was a perfect host, super responsive, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The apartment was cozy but well designed and functioned perfectly as home base. We used the sauna and pool while we were there. They did require reservations, but reservations were easy to make upon arrival using the phone/app Juan provides. The area was cool, with cute cafes, good restaurants, grocery stores, and small shops/galleries all just a few minutes walk away. The construction happening outside did create a bit of noise and will be happening for quite some time, but didn’t create a problem for us with the windows closed.

We stayed in the apartment during our stay in Bogotá and the experience was excellent. The place is as shown in the photos: clean, comfortable and with all the details well cared for. The location is ideal for getting around the city and feeling safe. Our host was very attentive from the first moment, always available to answer any questions and willing to help with anything we needed. You can tell she cares about her guests feeling good. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would stay here again on a future visit to Bogotá. Thank you for everything!

The apartment is in a great spot near Park 93, with tons of restaurants around for every taste and budget. The heated pool and sauna are awesome for relaxing after a day out, and there’s even a restaurant on the 11th floor if you feel like staying in. But honestly, the best part was how responsive and helpful the hosts were, always quick to reply and ready to help with anything. It made the whole stay super easy and enjoyable. Definitely a great place to stay in Bogotá!

Beautiful apartment, with all the amenities that are required. The building is very beautiful and in a good area. Camilo is an excellent host, always attentive to the needs we could have with great kindness. I recommend the place and Camilo was highly recommended as a host.

What a fantastic place to stay in Bogota! Jesse is a wonderful host. The apartment is exactly as described and spotless. Close to absolutely everything, including close to my family who lives there. I was always within walking distance to my family’s home so that was a bonus for me. Fantastic area, great apartment building with friendly guards and an overall great place. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and would definitely choose it next time I’m back in Bogota! Thanks Jesse!

The place has very good security and privacy, plus there are places nearby for shopping if needed.

I recommend it very nice, very comfortable and the customer service very good, I would come back tomorrow if I could haha; the only thing I would recommend for future guests is that when arriving in Paipa by waze or Google maps they look by the name of the building and do not be guided by the address or the link of arbnb, since it has a fault and you end up elsewhere, a clearly issue of the app and not from the hosts but it's worth mentioning so that it doesn't happen to more people.

Clara was such a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and lots of helpful advice. The apartment was very well equipped and homely, and the staff and amenities there were great. I loved the location; Chapinero is a vibe with loads to do and great food. It’s so easy to get both north and into the city with an easy access to bike tracks and the tembici bikes being particularly fun! I would highly recommend this place. Loved it. Thanks Clara

This is a great place to stay, if you’re running errands or have to visit Centro International de Especialistas or El Pinar Clinic is very accessible and convenient. The place was immaculate clean, swimming pool was great, concierge and security staff are amazing. Clara & Miguel are super nice, friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely on my next trip to Bucaramanga I’m staying at this place again 10 stars to this place. Great experience.

beautiful secluded place in the mountain, very quiet and private. Paris and morita are adorable, affectionate and respect being outside the house. the house is cozy despite the extreme cold of the sector, the fireplace is a very cozy place inside home. the wonderful and comforting sauna. walking in the area was spectacular.

Graciasss! My family and I enjoyed every second, on several occasions we have visited houses with similar characteristics to Silvia's, but this has certainly been our favorite, apart from being beautiful it was so much fun for all the amenities it offers: sauna, Turkish etc. the weather has changed a lot and this time it touched us a little hot, it would be good if the rooms had some more efficient fans, but nothing serious. Olga is very friendly.

Loma Clara is located in beautiful surroundings and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

It is a beautiful property; surrounded by nature, it is a very spacious classic house with the charm of a period house with great amenities Daniela was very attentive and flexible with the check-in and check-out times I would definitely come back

A simply beautiful place sits on a backdrop of colonial houses where you can breathe peace of mind and harmony a real rest. The house very organized very nice a pleasant stay. The house has everything you need for a healthy stay. The host was very attentive to each of the concerns that were presented. A delicious climate where the day is hot and the night is very cool. The house does not need fans or air conditioning as it is not necessary. The wet areas of the ensemble are spectacular comfortable spaces and the team's surveillance and logistics staff are very friendly at all times as well as the other inhabitants. Really a comfortable space which is well worth visiting and enjoying. Curiti a very beautiful little town full of tourists and much trade to know. Finally the whole is located in a very strategic place full of nature from there the church of Curiti and the village is visualized.

A wonderful stay! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos, everything is impeccable and very well cared for. The wet areas were our favorite place, the pool is warm. On the same property, there is a small farm with animals that can be visited. The rooms are comfortable, there is a BBQ area, private parking and everything within walking distance of Bogotá. We thank Top Spot for the excellent service, especially Mr. Álvaro, the girl who gave us the house, and the caretaker who was always attentive. We were even able to hire a trusted person to help with cleaning and food. We loved it so much, we even paid to stay longer than we had originally planned. We'll definitely be back!
