We had an excellent experience at this house in Villeta. The location is very convenient as it is very close to the village. Since our arrival, the treatment was very friendly on the part of all the people who welcomed us. The house is a 10/10 - the pool was spotless, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and the kitchen was in excellent condition. The spaces in general are spacious and pleasant. As a suggestion, it would be ideal to improve the cleanliness of the bathrooms and enable those on the first floor as they are quite necessary. Even so, generally speaking, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house.

Our host was very helpful and always answered very quickly. She also recommended us the breakfast service that offered Mireya, which was a blessing; we were three families staying at Cosi’s place with kids, and can not express enough my gratitude to Mireya for her warmth, delicious food, and suggestions about the surroundings, besides she knows where everything in the home is and made our experience even better. If you are staying at Cosi’s place, I highly recommend to get Mireya’s service as well to enhance your experience.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had stepped into something special. Nestled in the hills near Guatavita, this serene retreat offers more than a stay—it offers an experience. The pictures don’t do it justice. Spotlessly clean, spacious, and full of charm, it was perfect for our group of five. The meals were unforgettable—the baked chicken and BBQ feast were divine, and breakfasts each day were perfect. The “wild” animals added magic, and the staff, warm and attentive, kept the fires glowing. Bring essentials (and marshmallows!) as the road in is rugged and nearby shops are limited. Guatavita, just minutes away, is a gem—don’t miss the tomato soup at La Cava or artisan chocolate at Guataland. This home is a soulful sanctuary filled with love, comfort, and wonder. We came seeking rest and left with memories we’ll treasure forever. We will return.

The place has a very good access road, and it is supremely quiet. The natural environment provides tranquility, waking up to the sound of birds and the view of the lake was an unforgettable experience. The cabin is impeccably cared for, with a cozy decoration and all the details designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

I love this place. Such a beautiful and well-equipped house, would be great for groups. Fantastic office for working, everything in great condition and so many touches that make it like home. The neighborhood is fantastic and super walkable, security guards are great. And the host is incredibly friendly and helpful - greets you with coffee, beers and sofa in fridge and eggs and other food to get started. It is the house he grew up in and clearly takes a lot of pride in for good reason. I would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend.

This house is incredible, it is located in a condominium that has a lot of security and a nice pool, the view is beautiful from there. Inside the house you will find everything you need to have an excellent stay, comfortable spaces, jacuzzi, kitchen equipped with utensils, speaker for music, impeccable bathrooms. Actually my family and I love this house and would definitely come back, I highly recommend it!!

We felt right at home, we were able to spend some good nights to the rhythm of nature and the fire, everything was very clean and tidy, the cabin is a place of tranquility and harmony, nearby there are unique trails like a painting, we were also able to reach the river walking about 35 minutes from the cabin, we had a magical and authentic stay, thank you very much for everything!!

Beautiful location with good vibes and the view was magical. The beautiful cabin gave me a sense of peace from the moment I arrived. I slept wonderfully in a good bed and the food was delicious and made with care. As a vegan, that wasn't a problem! The jacuzzi is highly recommended! The tour of Soata was a pleasant surprise. I felt right at home and would like to thank the hosts for that. The hosts (Jesús and Juliana) are very hospitable and have a good smile. They are interested, helpful, attentive and relaxed. I found my stay to be very pleasant, like a great gift. I highly recommend this charming place to anyone who wants to visit the quiet Soata and its surroundings! Tipacoque and Sierra Nevada del Cocuy are still on my list to visit and climb, so I'd like to stay in Tapepiedra again.
