The owner lives in the back 2 storey extension connected by a solid door with total privacy for both and is often away. Noise is not an issue! The two guest bedrooms have one king and 2 king single very comfortable beds, reverse cycle air conditioning, overhead fans, and wardrobe space. A full bathroom with bath, shower and toilet + powder room. Kitchenette, eating area and lounge.

The Nest-By the Bush is a perfect couples getaway. The property is peaceful and private, with a beautiful bush outlook. The accommodation is super clean, well equipped and with lovely furnishings. All the little touches were appreciated. The cool autumn nights are taken care of with a fire pit, heating and electric blankets. Kelly is super responsive and helpful. It was a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed the country feel to the place. Beautiful home with easy driving to Bowral town and surrounding areas. We hosted my parents and brother from England for a birthday get together and they all thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We enjoyed the open fire, horses and cat the most. Would highly recommend for a get away

We found the accomodation to be clean, tidy, neat and cosy, just right for our stay. Instructions were clear, easy to find. Parking at the door was convenient for my elderly mother, very comfortable bed. Shower nice and hot. Could not fault a thing, thank you David and Liz. Would definitely stay again !

My family and I had an amazing stay at Kim’s place! The house was spotless, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen is spacious and accomodating meaning you can enjoy nights in with the family, as well as a BBQ and outdoor fire pit to enjoy time in the beautiful (and big) back yard. The location was perfect, a quiet street, which was walking distance from the town centre, meaning you were always close to necessities, restaurants and a number of great coffee shops. Bowral and the southern highlands is a beautiful area, with a number of number of small country towns, within a 10-15min drive, to allow you to explore and shop. Kim was a wonderful host, always quick to respond and so helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone

The pictures don’t do this gen justice. It was a very comfortable and lovely stay. Jo was very responsive and thought of everything. Even turned the heater and lights in for us before our arrival.
