Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bowmanville

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Jim & Cindy were fantastic hosts who were very helpful and communicated very well with us throughout the whole stay as we needed. Just had a wonderful relaxing stay . The home just had peaceful home feeling about it in witch i love and Mike's was super helpful when needed other then that I would stay their again .

Hey, hey, the gang's all here. And there's room for all of them. This is the spot for a family reunion or any other larger gathering. Four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths is very hard to find. Spacious family area by the kitchen for morning coffee and chit chat and additional living room seating. Cass was very prompt and responsive and proactive. There's a lovely stroll down to Lake Ontario and GO station nearby for trips into Toronto. Also a great value compared to hotel costs for 4 couples. Would not hesitate for a moment to return.

I stayed at this bed and breakfast for an extended visit, and it was absolutely perfect for my needs. While breakfast wasn’t included, the space itself more than made up for it. I had a private, fully furnished, apartment-style room that was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed for a long-term stay. The unit included a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, cozy living area, and reliable Wi-Fi—making it great for both relaxation and work. It felt more like a private suite than a typical B&B room, offering both privacy and convenience. The hosts were friendly, respectful of my space, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Their attention to detail and care for the property really stood out. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-maintained place that offers independence and comfort, I highly recommend staying here. It’s a hidden gem—perfect for extended stays or anyone wanting more than just a standard hotel room.

Direct access to Lake Ontario. Beautiful view with plenty of wildlife and lovely nature trails close by. Fire pit available for campfire gatherings. Very quick response to our requests. The owners are accessible via Airbnb app and they were accommodating.”

Really enjoyed our stay. Matt was very accommodating and communicative making our stay feel very smooth and simple. For cooking in or staying out all day coming back to the place was just nice and simple to go in and just relax. Just added to the relaxing atmosphere to have Matt proactively give us nearby recommendations to restaurants and fun attractions, how streamlined the entertainment system was inside and outside for viewing whatever we wanted, the drums and to talk to Matt and hear about the future plans to make the space even better. My recommendations currently would be making a path to the backyard so going to the hot tub and beach is more apparent, adding some form of light outside the main entrance for late night arrivals, and a place to put shoes and coats in the entrance area to avoid walking further inside and tracking dirt inside. Those recommendations aside really loved the space and definitely would stay again.

Perfect place to come and go when you have other things planned in Oshawa, close to all necessities and located in a very peaceful neighbourhood. Everything that was listed was in our space and everything was incredibly clean and organized. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Derek and Doreen were extremely friendly, responsive, and hospitable, everything in the suite and in the backyard was as shown, if not better. They even gave us a gift as we had mentioned our wedding day was the day prior, couldn’t recommend them and this place enough, we would book again in a heart beat, thanks for everything Derek and Doreen!

We went to Withby for the first Aufguss competition in Canada. Although we didn't spend as much time in the apartment as other people, just having a place to rest before going to work the next day is a great thing. Thanks to Syed for his kindness and hospitality. It's a peaceful and welcoming place.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly cooperative and responsive — he replied quickly to all my messages and listened to every request I had. He also guided me through each step of the process, which made everything easy and stress-free. The house was very clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It was an amazing cozy and comfortable place to stay at. It was worth the price you pay for it. It was quiet with little to no noise. It had everything you needed and more. It was a pleasure to stay there! Will definitely be coming back. The stay was lovely and the hosts were too. Definite must stay for a little get away!

We had an amazing stay, the space was very neat and equipped with everything.we felt right at home from the moment we arrived.The host was very welcoming and also available for any questions .The location was perfect , close to shopping , restaurants etc.we will definitely come back here whenever in Toronto.

This is, as described, a truly quiet place. A refreshing respite from trying to get hotels to reserve a quiet corner. The immediate neighbourhood is very quiet but it is a 15-minute walk to the Greektown shops and restaurants, also the subway station. The instructions provided were so clear that it was no problem dealing with the murphy bed, door lock, etc.

This was my second time staying at Haoan’s place. The microwave wasn’t working, but when I called him, he brought a new one right away. What a great host! Thanks, Haoan’s!"

Jasmine & Scott’s place was even more beautiful than the photos! A truly unique spot that was super clean in a great location. The attention to detail in decor and Jasmine’s friendliness and responsiveness made us feel right at home. We had some issues with the projector when we arrived and Jasmine came right over and fixed it for us while we were out for dinner (at one of Jasmine’s amazing recommendations!). We couldn’t have asked for a better trip :)

This place was so nice to stay at. It’s super worth the money I paid. The apartment has everything you need and it’s really comfortable too. It’s close to grocery stores and there are walkable restaurants downstairs also. The hosts were also very helpful! I would 100% consider staying here again.

Andrew is a fab host, very responsive and the Airbnb itself was clean and had everything we needed. Only a 10/15 min walk to public transport and there is a bus that goes directly from the airport to almost the door of the building! very easy to find and clean

Great home base when exploring Toronto. This was our first visit to Toronto and Alma’s place was convenient to all neighborhoods we visited- by walk or by car. Clean sleek apartment. Yorkville is great neighborhood with restaurants- great pizza place right around corner called Pala 148 - highly recommended. In short, great place and great location.

Clean and tidy place. Great location in terms of transportation. Many choices of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Safe and peaceful.
