Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Bowen Island

As described by Jamie and by other reviews. Lovely place to stay. having the back deck area, view to sea was lovely. well appointed 1 bdrm. Bedrm v quiet and bed v comfortable. Loved that linens and more covers easily at hand. Loved that there was milk in fridge for coffee( we ran late and couldnt stop at store). We did not hear any noise from above we did hear the shipyard activity, but like one of the reviews said, was background white noise. is a good long walk to Sea bus. we drove, left our car there. was terrific to stay in N Vanc and ‘commute’ to Vcr. super easy. Staying in N Vcr made it easier to drive to Horseshoe Bay after our stay and catch a ferry to Sunshine Coast. did not have to deal w any traffic. all in all a great stay. Might have preferred staying closer to sea bus terminal, away from shipyards, but loved the ambience os the back yard and that it was a 1 bedroom not studio. also had a huge beautiful green hedge in front. love the greenery

The comfort of the cabin was perfect for our rainy weekend away as we ended up spending most of our stay indoors. The little fireplace kept the space cozy and warm for when we came in from the hot tub. Plenty of room to set up a large dog bed and the enclosed deck was wonderful to allow her to roam without any worry of her wandering off. We had a lovely time at Ash & Brett's.

Absolutely stunning location - saw loads of wildlife from the terrace, and an amazing view over the water. Property was also very well supplied with a super modern kitchen and ample bed and bath space. Will be back!

We had a great stay! The sauna, cold plunge and hot tub were awesome. Lots of space to hang out, cook meals and play board games. An easy drive or 10 min walk to amenities- great place, I’d come back again!

Brian’s place was located in a great area for the upper sunshine Coast. The short walk away from a beautiful seaside provincial Park. Bed very comfortable. Brian was very responsive to communication. Great value for the price.

Coastal retreat was lovely and perfect for two couples. 2 bathrooms seemed like quite a luxury. Suite was clean, view and property were beautiful. Dyan greeted us when we arrived. Dyan and Des were responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this property and would for sure stay again. Everything was exactly as described.

A very comfortable homely place - “secret walk” down to the nearby beach involving a bit of scrambling which our little grandsons loved - a real getaway- house had everything we needed plus fire pit and bbq - a place you’ll want to return to and we hope we will

I recently stayed at Ashley's place, and it was an exceptional experience! The property was exactly as described (and even better in person). It was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the décor and amenities made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, especially the view was amazing. I loved the closed huge backyard too because of my dog. Ashley was incredibly welcoming and providing clear communications. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. We definitely gonna stay at this place again. This time Summer.

Staying at Cindy’s was great overall. Only very minor inconvenience when arriving/departing is having to find somewhere to park on street so you can access the suit to then access the parking. But location and cleanliness made up for that for sure. Cindy was pleasant to talk to and helpful. I appreciated there was coffee for the morning. We were a party of 5 and we all fit fine in the suite. The skytrain was a bit noisy through the night but didn’t bother me. The place is exactly as described, view is nice, location is perfect and you can’t beat that. Will stay there again for sure.

Our stay in this condo was very good. The photos matched the actual surroundings and the hosts were wonderful to work with. The unit is located very close to the Chinatown Train Station (which makes access to & from the airport easy) and a stop on the "Hop On-Hop Off" bus tour very convenient. We were forewarned about areas of the city that were experiencing a lot of homeless people so that we could make sure that any walks were headed in the right direction. Very pleased overall.

When I read other guests reviews, I could tell that Janet sincerely cared for all of her guests. If you are searching for a home away from home, stop searching because Janet is the GEM in the Sunshine Coast treasure box.

Perfect place to stay for our group with 4 adults and two kids. We loved the views!

Spotlessly clean. Fantastic apartment for our family of 5. Amazing location right next to the sky train and Rogers Arena (highly recommend going to see an ice hockey game!). Supermarket just round the corner. Lovely views, the apartment has everything you need and we made good use of the swimming pool and hot tub which is really big. Overall we had a fantastic stay and the host was very responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful, quirky home. We had lots of space to come together and our own little nooks to retreat for some quiet time. The kids loved learning to swim in the pool. We all enjoyed exploring the property which is full of little discoveries and surprises to delight. Waking up to birdsong was so lovely. It's close to beaches (drive or bike) and trails (walkable). We are already planning our next visit. Thank you for your hospitality.

Everything is as expected. I appreciated the location - close to the T&T Supermarket, Sky Train, bus, and walking distance to many attractions. Clean and comes with everything you need. Nice views.

We had a great stay at Ashley’s place! The cabin has a beautiful view of the bay. The hot tub was so fun and the kitchen had everything we needed. The private dock is so peaceful and it was so fun using the paddle boards and kayaks to explore the bay. Ashley brought us fruits on one of the nights too which was very sweet. Will be back again!

This home, in our opinion, was ideally located for our first trip to Vancouver. The peacefulness and gorgeous views from the rooftop were by far our favorite aspect of the place. Everything was very clean, beds were very comfy and bathrooms clean as well. James was very responsive with any of our questions and was very communicative about house rules and so forth. We loved our stay at the Bowen Island Getaway! Katie and Mike replied quickly to our messages and were both friendly and kind. The views from the suite are stunning and we both loved the interior as it is beautiful and comfortable. We would love to come back in the future!

Very private cottage with your own driveway, porch and entrance. Everything you need for a long or short stay. Few minutes only from business part of town and located in a beautiful wooded area where you will be visited by local wildlife. Everything inside and out is brand new and top of the line. I will definitely add it to my “Best on Sunshine Coast” list.

This place was located in a beautiful place, super duper walkable to deep cove park where they had lots of cute little coffee shops and stores - the space was so nice, clean and comfortable and my host went out of their way to help me with lots of local recommendations! super sweet would definitely recommend! :)

A fantastic cabin in a beautiful, peaceful setting, with great hosts. The cabin has a stunning modern interior with unique and thoughtful touches everywhere you look. The surrounding property and forest are welcoming and serene. The ocean view from both the cabin and hot tub is wonderful. The hosts were responsive, helpful, and effective communicators. Check in was simple and straightforward. I would highly recommend a stay at the cabin for a peaceful getaway.

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! The size was perfect for our stay (4 adults for 3 nights), super nice and clean with a cute yard space and the hot tub was perfection. Walkable or a quick drive to Roberts Creek cafe, restaurant and cute shops. Absolutely loved the short walk to the beach/ocean! The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive. 10/10 would stay again!

Blair and Christina are amazing hosts. Me, my wife and toddler had such magical time there. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an easy vacation that’s tranquil and peaceful, but still super close to Vancouver. The home was perfect and had a beautiful outdoor patio and dining area, bbq, sauna, outdoor shower. Walking distance to a couple really nice beaches and the golf course to hit the links or for Friday pizza and ice cream sandwiches! Thanks again Christina for letting us know about that!
