My friends and I absolutely loved The Deer Cabin. It was clean and spacious. Very equipped kitchen. Although we ended up staying mostly indoor due to rain but the sun room provided a lot of space for kids to run around playing indoor games. Spencer was more than helpful! He was fast in responding to all inquiries. Check in/out process was smooth and easy. Highly recommended this cabin to everyone! We are looking into booking again for next gathering with friends & families.

The property was beautiful and exactly as described. We couldn’t have asked for anything better for our intimate wedding location.

We had an amazing stay with our kids. Laurel was amazing and also included a tour around the facility, interaction with horses. We enjoyed our stay.

Pam is the greatest host I’ve ever booked with, she’s super nice, always making sure you have whatever you need, she communicates great. On my day off I had the privilege to see the horses and walk around her property and it is the most peaceful and beautiful surroundings I’ve ever seen. The room is super comfortable, very clean and had some great sleeps every night. I will be booking with Pam whenever I’m in the area. Thank you so much Pam you are absolutely a wonderful women

Perfect little cabin to get away if you want to just do nothing and enjoy the cabin and views. The cabin has all the essentials, comfy beds!! Not much to do in the area, but a great little get away to just relax, and have a firepit. just an fyi: My son was excited to fish in the lake but was disappointed there are No fish in there. Supermarket close in Hanna if you need anything.

Our stay at RTR Ranch was lovely. It's so incredibly peaceful and quiet. Jlo, was a lovely addition to our stay, she was always around and we loved seeing her. Amanda and Daryl, it was a pleasure.

Very nice and interesting place to stay. Outside Calgary but a reasonable drive to the airport, which is where we were heading the next stay. Laurel was a very good host and was kind enough to give us all an intro to her horse therapy school and have a chance to meet the horses and groom them. The kids loved it! Would definitely recommend if you want something a little different and where your stay will be supporting a worthy cause.

This was a beautiful and spacious place to stay for us and two ( teen and pre teen) kids. Gorgeous property and lands around it were stunning. Oleg was very helpful and we were really grateful to have chosen this place.

Place was very clean and quiet. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Everyone had so much fun at the bonfire with no curfew, even with loud music (there were no neighbours). There was enough room for everyone who stayed. We arranged a wedding proposal and it turned out perfectly. Will definitely recommend this if you want to have a long relaxing weekend!!

We absolutely loved Randy & Syna’s cabin. It clearly has been set up with a lot of thoughtfulness and care, providing every amenity possible for a rural stay and delighting us with its small details. We enjoyed sitting in the patio outdoors, overlooking beautiful vast fields. The kitchen is top notch and we cooked a variety of things with ease. When I hurt my ankle and couldn’t easily climb up the stairs to stay in the loft, I was able to sleep in a comfortable futon at the lower level. Everything was comfortable and luxurious, with character, unlike a hotel room you might stay in for more money. If you like to enjoy the places you stay in rather than using them only as a base, I highly recommend this one.

We had a wonderful getaway at Tamara’s cabin. Everything was exactly as described, and pictured. As a bonus we were even greeted with fresh flowers! Very cozy spot to stay, we would recommend to anyone.

We spent 4 night at Oleg’s place and the house top to bottom was impeccable. Great rooms, great amenities, very clean and the location was great.

Had high expectations from all the great reviews and they delivered. Gracious hosts, easygoing, super responsive, lots of local knowledge, and excellent company. The time we spent with these two was in many ways the highlight of our journey. Thank you so so so much for sharing your home with us and for everything! Adrian (ten years old) adds "Five stars, really kind, really nice, flexible, would play games with us, helpful, and made it feel like my house.

Louise was incredible with her welcome and assistance throughout. Place was clean, spacious, well stocked and felt like home. The biggest feature is the patio that looks over the farmland where you can watch the horses grazing and if you are lucky, you might get a chance to pet the horses (but only if they would want to stay with you after taking treats from your hands). Shout out to the gorgeous horses Scout, Little Bear, Dan, Monty and Roofus. I was lucky to gain Scout's trust who later didn't want to leave my side. Louise made it sure that we were comfortable, helped us straighten our activity schedule around Banff-Calgary, she is an absolute fun to talk to. This house is a little far from Banff/Canmore but the drive is nice, we got a chance to see Elks, Deer, Goats and beautiful cows on the way. There is No-Frills, Walmart at a 30minutes' distance. We will definitely visit again.

Our stay at Travis & Deanna’s exceeded our expectations. They are some of the most kind & generous hosts we have ever stayed with. They are the perfect mix of welcoming while also being respectful. The home was even better than pictures portray. They really pay attention to the details and the home design was next level! On top of that, the home was super clean and felt so comfortable/homey. We would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

Great property well maintained and cleanliness was awesome n the owner is very friendly and the view from the house is spectacular cos you can see the whole skyline of Calgary city in the night

Excellent location to attend a local wedding. The kitchen was comfortable & the seating in the living room was excellent for us all to sit around & visit. The views are spectacular around the house & morning coffee on the deck with the creek running in the background was so zen. Highly recommend Jan as a hostess she always answered me in a timely manner. 10/10 I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. The house was spacious and offered plenty of privacy. We appreciated the well-maintained garden, the comfortable amenities, and the quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect getaway for relaxation and unwinding.

Shane was super friendly and communicated clearly. The place was really cute and wayyyy bigger than we thought! Also, the little welcome basket with treats, all the beautiful cookbooks, and other thoughtful touches made it a really great getaway. Thanks again!

This is a lovely place to stay. The bedrooms are small and the bathrooms are shared. The bedrooms are attached to the arena which is lovely but it could have been a bit more clear just for initial check in. I enjoyed the space a lot and enjoyed seeing the horses out the window.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful ranch! The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed — and even more. Traveling with a baby, we were especially grateful to find so many thoughtful amenities already there for us — such a plus! Susan and Mac were such kind and welcoming hosts, making sure we felt at home. We also really appreciated the friendly neighbors upstairs who added to the cozy, welcoming vibe of the place. One of the highlights was watching the horses roam in the meadows at the end of the day — such a magical sight. A perfect spot to relax and recharge. Highly recommend!

A fantastic space for a larger family. Beautiful views in every direction. Great location, close to everything. The new community is perfect to explore and experience the best of Canmore. Highly recommend this location.
