The lodge was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great for exploring the whole area. Helen was flexible with arrival and check in which made the holiday less stressful with small kids! Brixham is a lovely town to stay. The site would benefit from the new clubhouse pool & bar which was opening imminently, which we missed.

Clean, cozy and well equipped (kitchen, etc). Peaceful location and the extra amenities were great! (Swimming pool, etc). We would stay again.

The place was spotless and well maintained. Beautiful location with a route to walk/ trek nearby too. We had a great time during the stay.

Absolutely stunning place. Louise was the perfect host answering every question I asked. The pool was a great hit with us adults and of course the children. The farm tour was lovely and Louise was very understanding when my little boy had a nose bleed whilst feeding the calves. I would highly recommend a stay at The Grange!

Great home with outstanding facilities and location. Pool is a highlight, and hot tub right next to it which is great for when the kids get chilly! Fantastic playroom for them too. Boiling water tap for grown ups teas and coffee with good indoor and outdoor seating areas. Fun for all the family!

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse and Sophia was a very kind and responsive host (eg we asked if they had a blue tooth speaker we could borrow and it was brought straight round - Thankyou!). We enjoyed the large sociable kitchen space with the comforting Aga to come home to. The garden space was very peaceful and we had great fun in the games room playing table tennis, table football and pool on our first night. We also made use of the swimming pool and playing boules in the garden. The house is large and comfortable for groups and families and has a Manor House feel to it which we loved. Thankyou for a wonderful stay!

Just got back from a lovely few days break in this beautiful cottage. James is a very welcoming and friendly host and along with the information book in the cottage we had everything we needed to know. The cottage was just perfect and the outside and surrounding garden is like a scene from a fairytale. If you’re looking for peace and relaxation , then this is definitely the place. Inside the cottage , there are lots of beautiful original features alongside more modern amenities. Everything that you could possibly need to make your stay more comfortable has been carefully thought about by the hosts. It’s in a great location to get to places like Torquay, Dartmouth and Brixham. All in all a fabulous place to stay for some much needed R&R.

Luke is a fabulous host! Not only is the cottage idyllic, peaceful and charming, but Luke left us some goodies for our arrival. These included a bottle of fizz, some delicious bread and eggs from the chickens he keeps on his small holding. There was loads of good recommendations for walks and activities within the cottage and Luke trod a wonderful balance between giving us our space and being there to offer advice and recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the countryside!

This is a lovely property with a stunning garden and patio. We had a great few days. The cottage has been renovated to a very high standard. Great kitchen, living area and bedrooms and bathrooms. The garden is beautiful and spacious and a lovely space to spend time in. The summerhouse in the garden is great for relaxing or working if you need to. The cottage is in a great location for Dartmoor, the Devon coast and Exeter. Some great local pubs and places to eat. We will definitely book again. Dilys and Terry were excellent hosts and made the stay really straightforward and enjoyable. Many thanks!

Just had one of the most brilliant stays at "Little Spindles". A fantastic eco-built property situated down a quite lane with everything needed for a peaceful, relaxing time away. Inside, the property is just amazing; so clean and tidy, with top quality fixture and fittings and tastefully decorated. The garden area is mainly laid to lawn and is large and private, thanks to surrounding trees and shrubs. There's a little stream at the bottom of the garden and we were fortunate enough to see a kingfisher during our stay! It's close to the centre of Ashburton (lovely little place!) and ideally positioned for a wide variety of sightseeing and walking trips. Poppy is a great host and is always on hand to offer help when needed. We look forward to a return visit!

We booked this cottage as a small group of us were exhibiting a few miles away at a big craft fair. Being close enough to commute but having a house to ourselves to cook and relax was important and William’s cottage was perfect for this. In a beautiful setting, it was clean, cosy and so peaceful. All three of us staying said we would happily book it again for a family holiday to return and explore more of the area. Definitely a recommended property to book. Thank you William

Great place with beautiful views. It has a peaceful, lovely feel to the house. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to cook. The cottage is in a little commune with some other cottages and there’s a great vibe to the whole place. Katie was super helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. Really wonderful house in stunning location. The views! Ideal base for exploring Dartmoor or the coast. If you can tear yourselves away from the house, terrace and garden. Bedrooms, bathrooms and living space perfect for six.

Great modern home, lots of space with bathrooms for each floor. Super clean and tidy. We didn't stay long but would be more than happy to stay again for longer in future.

The best equipped air bnb we have ever stayed at! The cottage was beautifully beautifully finished and Victoria and Jon were both friendly people and very helpful. The cottage is in a rural location like going back in time with Stunning countryside, perfect for those who like walking. A 1 minute walk to the local pub which serves good pub food and local beers and ciders. A 20 minute walk to another fantastic pub. Can't recommend it enough!

Bar Lodge is just stunning. The accommodation and decor were both great but it was the views from every level that it made it so very special (and a very friendly and inquisitive robin). Being on the south west coast path, we were expecting good walking but the friendliness of the tractor and ferry guys and other locals we met meant every outing was even better. Annie was proactive and accommodating from beginning to end and the property was clean and beautifully presented when we arrived. Thank you, we can't wait to come back!

My best air bnb experience ever. I brought my dad to Devon for a holiday, and Sarah’s home was absolute perfection. It was bright, spacious and full of personality - and easy access to everything we needed. Sarah’s communication and kindness was incredible. At short notice we were even able to organise staying an extra night as we were having such a great time, and Sarah was responsive and helpful at all points. It truly made the holiday. Can’t recommend highly enough and would absolutely love to return.

Amazing house with amazing view.

We had a lovely stay at Megan’s place, a beautiful and peaceful location with lots to explore in Dawlish Warren, Dawlish and Exmouth (via the Starcross Ferry). The Shrimp cottage was cosy and well-equipped with a friendly and helpful host.

The house was very clean and tidy. We really liked the colonial decor. Nice bed linen and lots of towels. The kitchen was well stocked and the use of a bbq was an added bonus when the sun came out. Lots of garden furniture, the garden was great for our 20 month old grandson. Haldon forest park 5/10 mins drive up the road was great for walking , cycling and had good play parks for all ages. Nicola’s communication was great! Thank you for a great stay!

What a fantastic discovery! We had to book last minute because our original accommodation fell through on the morning of our departure. After searching on Airbnb, we found this property, and we couldn't believe our luck! The hosts were so quick to respond to our request to book and incredibly accommodating, letting us check in early at no extra cost and even offering to pick us up from the station. The house is stunning—tastefully decorated, fresh, and impeccably clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the place was spotless, and the quality of the furnishings and accessories was top-notch.
