We booked this stay last minute for a ski trip in Morzine and couldn’t have been happier! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of town with everything within easy reach, including the lifts. The apartment was spotlessly clean, really comfortable, and had everything we needed after a day on the slopes. Our host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Would definitely stay here again - highly recommended!

Great location right in the old town. Small, quiet backyard, perfect for our short stay in beautiful Besançon. Pauline communicates quickly and reliably, everything is great!

Ideally located on the Poli track where you have a great view of the track to the valley. Beautiful place where you immediately feel comfortable. Frédéric is a very friendly host.

We were very well received by Julie and Damien in a fully equipped loft, ideal for families! The Saturday morning market down the street with very good local products gave a gourmet touch to our weekend, in a very pleasant mountain landscape.

The apartment is very tastefully furnished, the terrace and the garden are breathtaking. Definitely something special. Absolutely everything was available, you can tell that the apartment is used by the owners themselves. And you also notice that the owners put a lot of effort into the apartment, the terraces and the garden. Communication was very very good, the owners are very likeable and accommodating people. The location is ideal for a city stay, you can walk to all the sights, including the many restaurants and shops. In short, a highly recommended apartment in a highly recommended town.

Nathalie's place was perfect. It's much bigger than it appears in the photos. The decoration is extraordinary. It's super quiet and with a perfect location. We recommend to everyone. Our next one will definitely be in Nathalie's home

We really enjoyed staying in Tony’s apartment. It is very clean, comfortable and well equipped with plenty of storage. It is a very short walk from the bus stop where there are regular buses to get to and from the main lifts quickly (5-10 minutes bus journey). Tony was very helpful with providing the timetables for the bus routes serving the local bus stop and information on other local amenities. The apartment is in a quiet area of Morzine away from the centre, which makes it a relaxing place to stay, but it is easy to get into the centre. There were 2 of us and the size was great.

I highly recommend this peaceful, cozy, very well heated, quiet and comfortable retreat. Everything is in walking distance. The home theater is a real plus. And David is a perfect host!

We had a great time, the accommodation is tastefully decorated, everything we love, with the calm of the surrounding countryside. The place was very clean upon arrival. The garden with spring and its magnificent flowers soothed us. Catherine is very friendly and discreet. We recommend eyes closed and will come back without hesitation if the opportunity arose.

The apartment was spotless. We felt like the first guests, it was so clean. We spent two days with our 3 teenagers. The apartment was close to the lakes, which were very pleasant in this season, and close to the city center where we went to dinner on foot, following the recommendations given in the guide left by Coline and Dominique. The children each had their own corner in the apartment to rest after a good day of walking. We recommend ++ and will come back to discover other parts of this beautiful region.

Very pleasant stay, Frédéric is a super responsive host, attentive to our needs and enthusiastic. The accommodation is as in the photos, neat with nice amenities to enjoy for two! A big plus with the retro-gaming console, nostalgia sequence guaranteed! We highly recommend it. Things to do in the region: the Tendon waterfalls and the Bresse confectionery, 2 activities well proposed by Frédéric.

Great communication, could park motorcycle in the courtyard, Phil explained everything. The room was great, on the 4th floor but not for the disabled. Bathroom and toilet looked brand new and clean, there was a kitchenette with coffee and tea. We'd love to come back!
