Herve is very pleasant and always ready to help. Everything matches the description and even more. There are many additional options that are not described. Such as bicycles, a table for playing table tennis, and so on. A gorgeous view. On the downside - the chalet was clean, but apparently the cleaning was done after the last guests and the chalet was empty for some time and the dust had settled. And so everything is super!!! Thanks again! For the first time I meet an owner who, in the absence of a check-in on this day, allows you to leave at any time and not at 10:00!!! 👏👏👏

Thank you to the three young girls who welcomed us with kindness and helpfulness, beyond the opening time of the reception. The only shame, for cyclists who travel light, is that towels are not provided. Otherwise that's great!

Small but absolutely fine! The apartment is optimally cut and stylishly furnished – modern, cozy and very thoughtful. We were particularly impressed by the clever storage options, which provide a surprising amount of space. Ideal for families: A baby chair and a travel cot are provided. The location is also great – quiet but still central with everything close by. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Catherine's chalet is indeed ideally located near the lake and restaurants with their feet in the water. The location is also conducive to all kinds of walks both around the lake and in the mountains. A replacement of small equipment would be welcome (Nespresso, ironing board, fridge, iron)..And indeed the smell of humidity is quite present maybe because we were the first tenants of the year :).

The apartment is very beautiful, in a beautiful village. The furniture is new and the bed is comfortable, I recommend it.

Super cute little place! Perfect for an over night! She had the heat on and extra bed made for our kiddos! Felt very welcome and had a wonderful rest!

We had a great stay at the cottage, an extended weekend with friends to enjoy the lake, nature and the city of Epinal easily accessible by bike. The accommodation is comfortable, warm, functional, clean and very well arranged. Perfect for a reunion! Even though we couldn't meet Julie, our schedules crossed, the exchanges were fluid, friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend this place and hope to return soon. Thank you Papyllon :)

Comfortable and quiet stay by the lake!

We had an ideal holiday at Thierry's. The House is modern, functional and above all the setting is beautiful. We had taken our canoes and leave the dock to walk in the caneaux or go to the beach it's just great. There are many beaches where you are on your own and are within walking distance from the residence. We were able to play tennis every day and book one of the four courses in advance. There is also a swimming pool, pétanque courts and ping pong tables near the clubhouse where we ordered good pizzas. There are also quite a few things to see in the area. Very good communication with our host. Very friendly and quick to respond to messages. We hope to be back next year.

Our stay at Emilie's beautiful lake house was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Emilie and her family welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, perfect for families with kids. The cozy outside living areas made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The private pool was a highlight, providing endless fun for our kids and a relaxing spot for us. The private beach was perfect for swimming and paddleboarding. We were able to use the "pedalo", which was always quite a fun ride. Emilie and her family were exceptional hosts. Overall, our stay at Emilie's lake house was everything we hoped for and more. It was the perfect family getaway, offering a blend of relaxation. We left with wonderful memories and a desire to return soon. Thank you, Emilie and family, for an amazing stay!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is spacious and well laid out, with 3 bedrooms. Perfect for 6 people.

The apartment was bright, friendly and nicely decorated as described. Everything you need is there and you are so close to the water that you feel like you are right on the lake. Evian is easily accessible by car and also on foot where there are many shops and good restaurants.

Everything was perfect and as advertised. The private parking space is a real plus to enjoy Evian on foot, everything is close by. All with a beautiful view of the lake. Thanks for your hospitality!

We had an unforgettable vacation in this little piece of heaven. Ideal for a small family like ours (2 adults and 2 children)  the cottage is 3 minutes away. Within walking distance of a small beach and allows you to enjoy the lake without taking the car. A 10-minute walk to the village is a small grocery store (the school is finished) that sells baguettes, regional products, vegetables, drinks and ice cream. The cottage is ideally located between Château de Joux, the Saint-Antoine cellars and Lake Saint-Point. Perfect for sightseeing and hiking. The owners have made many board games available in the cottage. The garden is also large around the chalet and allows children to play outside and parents to enjoy the sun. We highly recommend this rental and will come back as often as possible.
