We really enjoyed our stay at Aurélien's house: it is charming and well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, the living room is welcoming and conducive to chatting with friends, the terrace and the tree-lined and flowery garden are very pleasant, all in absolute calm. The icing on the cake: we were able to come with our dogs, who were welcome, outside and inside! In addition to this, our host was very considerate and available, we can only recommend this accommodation!

Perfect getaway for a calm and relaxing weekend. The flat was very neat and it was as described (seemed even bigger for us). The garden with the jacuzzi was the cherry on top. We mostly stayed outside and enjoyed the calmness of the place. Totally recommend, and will come back! Thank you for hosting us.

Beautiful stay in this quiet, clean and so well-equipped house. I think one of the most complete accommodations we have ever rented. Our 2 and 7 year old children loved it. outdoor games, car mats, and children's dishes. there was even child safety protection available. Our host, always available and responsive, was lovely. Plan to do some shopping before arriving. Our only regret is not staying longer!

We had a great time walking and reading in the beautiful living room of the apartment, which overlooks the gardens of the castle. The room is very nice and the bedding is very good. I would highly recommend it!

From the first contact, everything was perfect. Carmen, who has always been very responsive and has responded to all our requests. Listing is as described. Villa Verde is a spacious, comfortable and peaceful place. It is nestled in the middle of a huge wooded plot and very well maintained by the hosts, perfect for letting the children let off steam. We felt at home during this short stay. We highly recommend Carmen's house for a visit to the Beauval Zoo, for example, which is 20 minutes away

The surrounding nature is breathtaking, and every corner of the property reflects care and love. What truly makes this place special, however, is Nathalie herself. She is an incredibly warm and gracious host, always attentive and ready with a kind word or helpful tip. Her homemade breakfast is a true highlight — fresh, delicious, and made with obvious passion. From pancakes, to flowerbeignets, to breads to local specialties, every morning felt like a treat. This is more than just a place to stay — it’s a little slice of paradise made exceptional by the personal touch Nathalie brings to everything she does. Highly recommended!

Very nice house, Beautiful garden and rest area (not used because cold!!!)Too bad!!! Nothing is missing, everything is functional. It was cold but the wood wheelbarrow was appreciated. The house is really beautiful, very well renovated and clean. It is very well equipped and the quality of the services is excellent (swimming pool, city stadium, bbq, darts, ping pong, billiards, foosball...). We had a great time.

We spent a 3-day stay in this lovely, well-equipped house. There's plenty to do between games and amenities. The location is very peaceful with the small lake of water and the singing of birds and frogs. The hot tub is great. We will come back to test the outdoor pool. I recommend! Fabiens place is lovely. The space is larger than expected. The shower room is great. The dressing room a nice touch, the open plan to downstairs feels nice. The place is tastefully decorated and has a lot of character. One very minor criticism it would be that the pool cover is a chore to put on and take off. An mechanised cover would make a difference. However it is a great size and was very comfortable to swim in given that it is well heated. I would recommend anybody to use Fabiens place for a shorter or longer stay. It was a joy to be there for our family of 4 and we would consider visiting again sometime.
