Ideally located apartment to visit Rochefort on foot. Florent's responsiveness to solve problems, he is very friendly and very helpful. The apartment is very well arranged for a relaxing weekend. Large free parking in front of the apartment, free parking on Sundays and public holidays in front of the accommodation. Market on Saturday morning in the street just next door.

We had a great time at Lisa's, the location is really great, the apartment is very charming. It is well equipped for babies (our son is 15 months old) with high chair, gate for walking etc. Very nice with the terrace and all the windows.

Short trip, but excellent. I'm happy to come back if I have a chance. Linda is extremely welcoming and smiling. It is pleasant after a long drive. Flexible, she adapted without worries to my late arrival. The accommodation is very good, I could live there every day without any problem! The description and photos are true to reality, everything is clean and functional. In addition, Linda knows a very good fast food restaurant on the island, cheap and undoubtedly the best I have tasted there. Ask her, she will be happy to tell you where to find it... Maryse is a very nice and available host and moreover she is very accommodating for check-in and checkout when possible! The apartment is in a great location we rented for our 3-day weekend and we did everything on foot! The parking space is a big plus we highly recommend Maryse and her property! You can go there without so much as a second thought, you won't be disappointed! Very looking forward to returning to La Rochelle in this beautiful and tastefully decorated and so well located in La Rochelle!

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!

we had a very nice stay in the cozy studio of Florence and Nicolas, it is a stone's throw from the sea and the street is free for parking.
