Holiday rentals with a pool in Bourcefranc-le-Chapus

No complaints about the accommodation, everything was perfect! Above what we hoped for. The hosts are really lovely and responsive, with a lot of kindness. I recommend it.

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

We had a lovely weekend at Dany's cottage. The charm is effective upon arrival, an old building tastefully renovated and all the comforts you need. Dany is an available, responsive and friendly host. We recommend her cottage to discover this beautiful region!

We had a lovely stay, the house is very nice, everything was clean, tidy and the house is very well-equipped. A big + for all the children's games available that were useful for our 2-year-old daughter on a rainy day. ☺️ We recommend this place for a lovely summer vacation. ☀️

We had a pleasant stay at the Cabanon du Héron. Everything was perfect and confirmed the description even better: 2nd independent toilet, a small courtyard at the front of the house to enter the vehicle with EV socket and a small room. Good quality bedding, very pleasant terrace and pool. The accommodation is spacious and very well-equipped. We were very well received by Laurence and small attentions from our hosts. We have just returned from a lovely family holiday at Flavien’s place. The accommodation was perfect and had everything we needed - all as described. Flavien’s family were very welcoming and so helpful during our stay. We definitely hope to come back!

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac of La Tremblade, it is quiet and has a beautiful garden. It has all the necessary equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, swimming pool, bicycles) to spend an excellent vacation. Arrival and departure with key box is very convenient. We are very satisfied and will be happy to come back. The only small downside, but which is related to the design of the house: only one toilet, although independent. There were 3 of us so it wasn't a problem but at its maximum occupancy, it may be more complicated.

Excellent location: The accommodation is very clean and functional. Dominique is welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to the bedding of great comfort. Ideally located, the residence is very pleasant, Saint Martin en Ré is a charming village. I highly recommend it.

Our stay was very nice. We didn't have to take the car because many things could be done easily on foot (shopping, walks, going to the ocean...) Our host was very approachable and trusted us, which made relationships easy. The region is very beautiful and there are many places to discover.

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the island of Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental right next door, friendly). The little extra is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

We are very satisfied with our short stay at Valerie's. We appreciated the cleanliness , the location close to the shops and the beach of Saint Palais, as well as communication with Valérie who listens to the needs of her guests. Everything about it is excellent We recommend this good address.

Just returned from a great stay, Christophe the key holder and owner was lovely and helpful with any questions we had and kindly dropped off some eggs that his chickens had laid which were very tasty. The house has a wealth of family history itself and the things displayed across the house show these off and the information in the house guide explain some of these items and the link to the family. It's a beautiful house and stays cool in the warm weather too (keep the shutters closed in the day to help this). The pool is beautiful and the house amenities catered for all our needs. It's also a great location to get to without a car as the train station is a short walk away and goes direct to Poitiers and La Rochelle. We had a lovely time and a really relaxing week 😊

ideally located the accommodation is convenient / functional, slightly far from the city center ( 400/500m) which allows you to enjoy everything on foot and by bike. " master " outbuilding is a real plus. the railway right behind the house is surprisingly not at all. We will regret the cleanliness of the accommodation upon arrival as well as the garbage cans of the previous occupants due to the off " season " pickup that is done during the week . if it was necessary to find a defect may be the lack of noise insulation up / down in the house .

Well-equipped accommodation close to all amenities 5 min walk to the sea superb pool

Pleasant house, close to the ocean, quiet, very well equipped (dishes, games, mini chain, hooks to put things everywhere...). The three bedrooms upstairs are close to each other but well soundproofed. And then there's the pool!

We had a lovely sunny stay in your rental, we enjoyed the pool and terrace, the accommodation is very functional, it is well located not far from the coast and Palmyra, we will come back Jean-Paul and the whole family

Great location , spacious house, large garden . All as described . Only Small downside and easily repairable , cooking utensils not always suitable for a large family (dishes , bowls , pots, pie mussels etc .) .
