Jolie maison très bien située, dans un cadre reposant, entièrement rénovée de 80 m² avec 2 chambres, donnant sur un jardin de 1500 m² compris dans une plus grande propriété. Belle terrasse de 20m² orientée au soleil couchant avec pergola. Piscine hors sol 6X4 avec terrasse et bains de soleil ouverte de mi-juin à mi-septembre. Vous pouvez y accéder toute la journée mais elle vous est privatisée entre 11h/12h30 et 15h/17h. En dehors de ces horaires vous serez amenés à croiser notre famille.

It comes with a private heated pool , large terrace, extensive grounds over 2 acres (partly wooded) for guests to use and gated entrance . All bedrooms have en suite facilities, and there are two spacious living rooms and well equipped kitchen.

Private flat, located in Bergerac city, equipped with 1 bedroom and ensuite bathroom/WC, living room with 2 single beds and a sofa (possibility of becoming an extra bed), flat-screen TV, dining area, small kitchen and a second bathroom/WC. The apartement is ideally for 4 people (max. 6), and opens up to a huge terrasse with access to the pool, a grill area, and the garden. The garden connects directly with the river Dordogne (UNESCO river). Private parking is included.
